They were absolutely packed we were told a 45 min wait and only waited 15 to be seated our server was Ari and she was absolutely fantastic very attentive and checked on us often for how busy they were food was also fast and delicious I will be back very soon

My daughter has been wanting us to go here for a long time. So, we finally went tonight. Our steaks were dry and little flavor, my Mac n cheese was very dry. Service was okay, you can tell she was a little overwhelmed. Our bill was $92 and change. For the amount of money our dinner cost we were not impressed and highly doubt we will return to this restaurant again. We love steak and everyone has said this was the place to go. Very disappointed.

Had an amazing night, Texas Roadhouse is my favorite just for the rolls themselves! But I had a great experience tonight, I never write reviews either but felt the need to share. I wish I caught the names of the servers that helped tonight, but they went above and beyond! I had a problem with where we were sitting just because there were too many people walking by and I prefer a booth seat. The server we had understood and found us a new seat ASAP! The new server we had was amazing at his job. Very detail oriented and kind. He made sure we had everything we needed. Down to lid’s for our butter cups! I could not get over how amazing everyone was even after I felt like I could have been a bother to them, they made it seem like not big deal at all! Always satisfied with the flint location! It is definitely my go to !

I went on a date with a lady here, the lady was upset, but I think she's just upset person. But I had a great time food tastes great.
Took the family for my son’s birthday. They didn’t give us butter for the rolls til they were cold. All the steaks were missed up with the orders after it took an hour to get our food. Birthday boy couldn’t eat his cold food. A lot of money for the worst experience ever. I was very disappointed used to love this place?they tried to put us at two tables across from eachother because they didn’t want to send a server to the other table, I had to beg for us all to be seated together. They knew it was my sons birthday and didn’t offer to sing the birthday song but did for another table. Someone at the table never received the drink they ordered. There was a ton of staff doing nothing, looking lost. Bummer all in all

Me and my party arrived at opening time after church to have lunch. We were a party of six with one person who needed special accommodations due to a handicap. We were advised that all the waiters and waitresses were not clocked in and although there were tables available they couldn't seat us until the waitresses clocked in. So they tried to cram us into a booth but we were a party of six. We rejected the table and we were told that we can be put on the wait list and if the waiter who had the section with the tables to accommodate us shows up then we can be seated into that section. This was unimaginably rude and unacceptable. This was horrible customer service. We decided not to wait but go to another restaurant who could offer some semblance of customer service and appreciation. We found a restaurant luckily this was Miller road and there was ample businesses who were willing to take customers. I find this interaction highly suspect and ridiculous.
