Ordered Nutella latte... Don't know what i received but it was expensive. Gotten the Nutella latte before and liked it. This didn't even look the same. It literally looked like a coke. The speaker seems to be cutting out a lot as communication in the drive through was difficult. Hopefully my drink order got mixed up cause of that...

Pulled up to order two coffees got cut off before we could order the second. Got to the window got the incorrect order first then ...two SMALL regular coffees when we ordered two medium Nutellas and absolute attitude. I've never seen such lack of care in my life. Back to bigby I go.

I go here every few times a week, and their coffee is always incredibly burnt tasting or incredibly watery. They served hot kettle chips for a while, but eventually just went straight to using normal chip bags that have more air than chips. Every drink they churn out is inconsistent, like, I asked for a cold brew and got an iced coffee one time. Not good at all.

This place is never open in the morning when they say they are. I arrive every morning between 5:15 and 5:30. You can see them hiding inside. The big screen is on, the lights inside are off. It says they open at 5:00. The first time this happened I startled one of them with my horn and they had to give me my order in the dark. Now they just hide in the back

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have been to! Every time I come to this location their drinks are made terrible. It’s like they don’t follow the directions on how to make them. When I go back and tell them they remake them just as bad! I used to work at Tim Hortons it’s not that hard of a job! The staff is very friendly but need more training on how to make drinks.

Boycotting this tims although its 5 mins from my house; somehow they managed to give me a small coffee with a HAIR, INSIDE the coffee lmao ….. we were the only car in the DT, the lobby is always closed / locked even when they are not busy. I won’t be back….. unless of course they need a new GM (: seems like the managers they have are struggling a little. Best of luck guys but I was disgusted! Just yikes

Took advantage of the awesome 2 buck lattes. I didn't get the correct sizes and one of them were the wrong flavor. I never complain about flavors because i like them all. But i get a large to get a large, not a small or medium. The one time i tell them i got a large not a medium, they tried telling me that i didn't order a large or thy would have rung up a large. Basically gas lighting me. They fixed it but not without a fight. Customer is always wrong, right?Its the most convenient close tims. My favorite coffee. Just need more polite people.
This location is awful. They pull you forward to wait for 10 cars to go through ahead of you because they are on a "timer". Well the time I wait for my order should be counted against the time and half the time the food is cold or seems old and the drinks are watered down.

My husband doesn't pass by a Timmy Hortons it's hos favorite. Says there coffee and dognuts and food are the best!!

I went through the drive through this morning and was not happy, first of all I couldn't hear what the girl behind the speaker was saying and had to continually ask her to repeat herself. She was not very polite when I did hear her. When I pulled up to the window to get my drink it was dripping all over me and my car. I would have handed it back to them to to wipe it down for me, but I had already pulled forward because someone was behind me. I'm sure NOTHING will be said about this review but I usually let things go and just deal with it, but this was something I felt needed to be brought to your attention.

Generally okay! Sometimes certain staff are a little rude, or they don't mix up our coffee, but it's fine. I just like my coffee and donuts and occasional chips. 4 n 4's aren't really sweet though, they make it more of a.. 2 n 2 coffee.

Tim Hortons coffee is the best an everyday stop!!! They make my coffee just how I like it and I love the rewards app and attaching my credit card to it, makes for an easy checkout and benefit thru the drive thru!!! Also a great meeting place for business appointment or getting some work done on the road!!!
