Thanks to Cora, my first visit to this location went very well! She showed me where I could find my carryout orders and got onions for my breakfast sandwich. Thank you for the delicious food and excellent customer service!

Awful service. Waited behind 3 cars. 20 minutes. Third car left without ordering. I waited at the order post for another 10 minutes. Had enough and went inside. 4 people behind the counter only 1 was doing anything. 4 customers ahead of me. 2 were waiting to complain to the manager. The other 2 could not get either root beer or coke. I left laughing. Never will I go there ever again.

I waited for a very long time to place my order. There was no car behind me and no cars in front of me. My girlfriend joked that "they might be stalling until it closes." I appreciated that the order taker checked in every few minutes to let us know that she still knew we were waiting but she kept saying "I'm not ready to take your order." Then, after maybe 15-20 minutes of patiently waiting, we heard her say "you can order." We asked if they had vanilla ice cream, and she said "nope," so we left. She did not use proper manners, and her tone did not resemble that of a customer service representative. Under better circumstances, we may have felt more inclined to explore other options when we found out the vanilla ice cream wasn't available.

Went thru drive thru and was only given part of the order. Called store and drove back to it. Walked inside and stood behind another customer. After waiting for over 10 minutes the first customer left. It wasn't until a door dash driver came in that I was even acknowledged. Only two workes in the store. Not worth the trip, try another location.

Waited a year between visits. Hoped things had gotten better. Hopes were wasted. Slow, Rude, and food was less than acceptable. It's sad it has gotten this bad.

We live right around the corner from this location and every single time we order food our order is wrong. My husband went through the drive thru and checked the order to make sure that it was correct. It was not, so he went inside to tell them they forgot one of our sandwiches and he asked that they remake the other two orders so that we could have fresh food.The night manager walked in when he did and my husband was speaking with the day manager. The night manager lost his mind and was rude! He called the GM and was calling my husband all sorts of names! Someone proceeded to throw a sandwich at my husband! This is totally unacceptable and we have spoken with the police! I will be calling corporate and never returning to this location again!Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this establishment!! Spend your hard earned money somewhere that appreciates your business!
