From the time we sat down our waiter was rude. When we asked about an item on the menu we were met with attitude and were told we needed to be quick because she had another table'sorsernto take. The whole service she was inattentive and rushed past us (it was not busy and we were not needy but it would've been nice to have been able to ask for a drink refill or let someone know our order was wrong). The pizza was good and my son loved his burger but my meal (a coney and fry) came out 20 minutes later than my husband and son's and my husband received the wrong order 3 times. The last time they made it they left off his bacon. Instead of bringing him a new fresh sandwich, they left the sandwich there to get cold while they had the chef cook bacon and bring it to him. When he mentioned that his sandwich was sitting up and getting cold while waiting on the bacon and he would prefer to have everything together and hot the lady he was talking to just made a face, threw her hands up, and shrugged before walking away not even addressing his concern. Other problems with the food were my husband's grilled chicken sandwich wasn't cooked all the way and I had hair in my drink from the bar I ordered. We were so done with the place and service and we knew a complaint would've fell on deaf ears so we didn't even say anything about those issues. He didn't eat his sandwich, I didn't drink my drink we paid the tab and even tipped the waitress even though she didn't deserve a dime of it (most times it was the barback feeling bad and helping us) and left very unsatisfied and disappointed. Needless to say, we will NEVER be back.

I had a terrible experience at The White Horse Tavern and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! The service was very slow due to being understaffed, I loud group of people were cursing and swearing, my friend ordered cod and he got another type of fish. I could tell it definitely wasn't cod. The manager took no action!
