Everything is made fresh with the highest quality ingredients, often from Market vendors. Smoothies and juices are great. And if you want a quick kick, make sure you try the #1 ginger shot.
I stopped here for lunch in between appointments and I truly believe this place has potential. I had difficulty finding something for lunch and settled on egg salad and some locally sourced dried cherries. The prices were reasonable and they have items for specific and sensitive diets. My wish would be that there would be an expanded selection but this place truly is a gem within the city of Flint.

Hard working duo on staff today! It must burn a ton of calories making those juices, pushing everything through the juicer. The Green Lemonade was likely the best juice I've had. The wait was an it long but worth it.
