I placed an online order with delivery, my delivery had not arrived after 30 mins past the delivery time so I tried calling, the line just kept hanging up on me, I drove to the restaurant to find 3 people waving in lobby, but only one person working. I could not be angry because this young lady was taking orders making food and serving excellent customer service all by herself. I gave the restaurant 5 stars only because Megan held it down on a Saturday night with a smile all alone.

We ordered online at 6:20 PM. The estimated delivery time was 7:15 PM. At 7:35 I started trying to call the store. Every call just went to voicemail after several rings. At 7:44 someone finally picked up and asked me to hold. She didn’t wait for a response, just put me on hold. I sat on hold for 10 minutes and then the call dropped. Since then I’ve been trying to call back but keep getting “the wireless customer you are trying to reach is not available.” It is now 8:24 and I’m sitting in a drive thru to get food somewhere else because I have no idea if my food will ever be here. I will never order from this location again, not that it will be in business much longer as it’s obviously being run very poorly.Food finally arrived around 8:50. Apparently they have one delivery driver and one person working in the store. The owner should be ashamed subjecting two people to this level of stress. The restaurant should have been closed or at least online ordering turned off to manage their workload.

I should have read the poor customer service on the phone as a sign not to order. Slimy cucumbers, cold pizza reminiscent of the taste of a hot pocket. Vile. Requested a refund for my salad but I’d have to drive 30 minutes round trip to take it back and I’m not even sure it’s worth the gas. It’s just really disappointing. Food is too expensive to be putting out less than exceptional quality.

Worst pizza I have ate. Sauce was horrible, way too much grease fir a thin crust, no crunch, kinda soggy... just very dissatisfied. Never again..
Pizza is good but service is horrible. I ordered a few weeks ago and the pizza was not correct. I called and they offered me a partial refund which is good for me. She was very nice about it. 2 weeks later still no refund. I ordered again and when I went to pick it up I was going to talk to the manager. I attempted to speak to the assistant manager about the credit and she said "I don't know anything about that." I tried to explain the situation and she said she had been there a year and had never heard of it and she is the assistant manager. When I asked if there was a manager I could talk to about the situation she said " Like I said I'm the assistant manager hello!" I then asked if there was another one and she said there wasn't another one there at that time. I then attempted to pay for my pizza so I could leave. I put my card in and looked up and she was in the back of the store on the phone. After about 5 minutes I went to the other girl at the phones and asked if that was my pizza behind rhe counter. She then called the assistant manager back to get me my food. I understand being stressed but don't take it out on the customers. Will never go back to this location and have never received a refund from the other order.

This is super disappointing because the location in Fenton is my FAVORITE place to get pizza so I was very excited when you opened in Flushing. I have ordered a few times now and every time not only is the pizza not great because it seems to have been made in a rush, but EVERY time I order online I have to call in to see why my pizza is not here. Your staff seems very nice but stressed and understaffed. Also please get someone in Fenton to show you how they make the pizzas they are SO different location to location

I’m new to Michigan, recently got married and me and my wife bought a place in flushing. We are pizza lovers and came across cottage in. The pizza is AMAZING. I wish they had one in Wisconsin where I’m from. Also, the location is so convenient for us because where literally about 5mins from Cottage Inn, in flushing. ??????
