Honestly one of the better fast food spots in the area if you want fresh tasting food for a decent price.Also unlike McDonalds, their shake machines actually WORK (and taste better to boot).Really polite and friendly staff as well.

So I order a fish and a small curly fry. Both were cold. The lady with the big moles all over her face was very rude and nasty. When I told her my fries were cold not only did she snatch the bag from me had a very nasty response. Than a manager comes to the window didn’t apologize gave me my money back. Didn’t ask how she can fix or what the problem was. Very very rude! And they had hair all over there suppose to be uniform/jackets. I’ll starve before I go there! Unreal zero stars

I went to Arby’s after seeing those commercials for the Big fish and the roast beef sandwiches 2for 5. I made this purchase with the Angie’s mint chocolate shake. The whole meal was delicious! It was worth the wait for me to get my butt in gear to get there for the sale. I went to the Arby’s on 15 mile and Utica. The staff there were very polite, pleasant, quick and nice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others and would recommend their food!
Made me wait 20 mins just to end up getting food poisoning. Avoid this

This is the third time that my family and I tried to go to this Arby's and give it another chance and of course it was all bad once again. First of all I asked for a club wrap and somehow got a buffalo wrap. I like buffalo as well so I was just gonna deal with it but it was old chicken and absolutely disgusting. My cheese sticks were cold as was my husband's sandwich and his curly fries so they had to be microwaved and still tasted badly. All this after we pulled into a deserted restaurant that looked closed at 10pm. Not to mention the 25 minute wait for cold old food. Needless to say there will be no more chances in the future. This is the worst Arby's I've been to. The person taking the order was polite is the only positivity out of this experience.

When I pulled up the place looked closed at 920 at night. Someone finally asked what we wanted. They said it would be a 3 minute wait on the cheese sticks. We made a $25 order. We literally had to wait nearly a half hour for our food. When we finally got our food it was cold and old.They gave us the wrong food as well. This happened to us last year when I said I'll never come back here. I should have known better. Worst Arby's by far I've ever been to. DONT EAT HERE
This is THE SORRIEST Arby's I've ever eaten at! Everything was room temperature, the sandwich and the curly fries. The beef and cheddar sandwich looked like discolored chittlings served on a bun, disgusting and the mountain berry drink was flat, nasty and had NO sugar in it! Only good thing about this place was the bathroom, it was clean and the csr was ok but this lunch was SO NOT WORTH THE $10!!! Never ever again!!

Normally i don’t have any issues from this Arby’s but i guess this is how they do on New Year’s Eve. They gave my husband the wrong meal and they put old lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. And you can see it’s old. I’m not happy because i got all the way

Constantly out of food. Dirty store. When ordering through the app and they are out of the item they refuse to substitute. Very rude employees. When they do have your food, expect it to be cold and made poorly.
