This past Sunday we had a fast dinner meal at the new Fraser Big Boy location. This was our third visit since their opening. As luck would have it, we have had the same waitress on each of our visits.
A wonderful young woman name Leah. Leah "1830" anticipates her customers needs, whether its a refill one a beverage, extra napkins, or clearing plates. Leah is a true asset to this restaurant. Wanted to give her some well deserved recognition for a job well done and hoping our paths cross again in the near future. "Leah" our favorite waitress!!

Food was average. I specifically had fish and chips and shrimp Alfredo. The fish was salty. Also the Alfredo portion was a bit small for the price. However haven't tried the burgers. Going to give them a try next time and update the reviewOverall, just an average place. I tried the new restaurant at sterling heights. I would recommend Viks Diner further up the street.

If you want a good burger that reminds you ? of the ones you use to get. This is the place. I'm not talking about some thin greasy pieces of mystery meat. The burger was generous, juicy, non-greasy,and fit on the bun. Not in the middle where you have to hunt for it. The people are pleasant. The service is great and the place is clean ? And they don't have you stacked on top of each other. I had given up on finding a good burger ? that wasn't the cost of a 9 course meal that would end up in the trash. I will return because there are several items I want to try on the menu.

Food was great. Fish sandwich and Slim Jim's were very good. The salad bar looked great. I will try it next time. The place was packed on Friday, maybe because of Lent.
I've been here twice now. Food is unbelievably good. Easily the best Big Boy I have ever been too. Food looks like the advertised pictures. Breakfast bar was amazing. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Love the atmosphere as well.Parking: Lots of options

While the food and service were just fine, although a bit more pricey than a higher end restaurant we prefer, the "upscale", modern atmosphere was a huge turn off. The place was too spacious and loud and with just a few customers, the noise echoed quite annoyingly. Didn't feel cozy and relaxing like old school Big Boys, it lacked warmth. I'll probably just go through the drive thru, which is a nice feature, to get what I want.

The food was good but we ordered takeout and were missing items. I went back they did get the missing items. It took awhile because they were really busy. So needless to say by the time I got home my food was cold. I will give them another try.
