This was my first time having anything from a Coney Island. I was excited to try a hani for the first time. We called in the order and picked it up. The young woman working at the counter was friendly and polite.
The food and service are excellent. The restaurant is clean and brightly decorated. The noise level is a little high but that's because they are busy. Their customer loyalty program is the best one I've found amongst Coney Island places. Highly recommended.

I usually go to the one on Groesbeck and 12 mile. They seem to have much bigger portion sizes for some reason. A better value for your dollar. Also, when we walked in, we weren't shown to our table. we were told "down there 4th booth on the left." I'm sorry, but what's that all about. Idk I was in the service industry for 25 years and would never have done that.
