I actually went there recently and when I tell u the black in there gave me two pieces of meat and I'm pregnant it made me so mad I walk out she try to call me back cause she new she was wrong she saw me in judge right when I walk in and tried to be funny it's just so sad in me and my baby was starving I will never go there again I always go to the sub house on 12 in Van deky I never gave a problem in they not liked that at all

The grand announcement that they had no soup, no churros, no cookies, no pretzels, was a bit over the top, but the random political comments at the end of our order makes this a no go for our family. ?

The worst of the worst attitude. Nothing in stock, and the space looks very unclean. and the lady seems so arrogant, unfriendly and racist. I will be reaching out to authorities for inspecting that location, she shouldn’t be in business.

I went there on 2/17/23 for the buy 1 get 1 free foot longs. I purchased 3 footlongs, 1 wrap, 1 salad. And some cookies. Total $61.57 plus tax. I showed them that the website did not give me the free sub. They said there was nothing that they could do. The manager was not there. I went back a total of 3 times, very hard to get ahold of the manager. I finally was able to talk to the manager on 3/3/23. I explained. I said I was trying to give them an opportunity to make it right. She said there was nothing she could do. I will stop going to this Subway for at least 6 months. I will also switch my lunch and dinner options to Firehouse and Tubbys sub shops. I have not had very go luck with Subway. I now have 3 that I try to avoid.

After checking hours online and in the Subway app, both of which showed this Subway was open until 8:00pm on New Years Day, we put in an order through the Subway app at 7:27pm. We arrived at the Subway at 7:49pm to find the front door locked. The two employees inside glared at us and yelled from the back of the store "we're closed." I held up my phone showing that I had an order to pick up and they finally came to the door and said they didn't have any order and that they were already closed when we put our order in, even though there was a sign on the door that they were open until 8:00pm and the Subway app showed that our order had been accepted, our card charged and, by the time we arrived, showed that our order was ready. The male employee who had come to the door called Julie who claimed they had not accepted the order and that we had to contact Door Dash or our credit card to get a refund. How is a store so incompetently managed that they close earlier than their own app and the sign on their front door, accept an order and show it as ready in the app, and then have their manager lie about their hours and about accepting the order? Stay far, far away from this sorry excuse for a Subway.

I have no problems when I am here. I just don’t like the fact that their hair is not tucked away. They are preparing your food. I have seen hair out every time I come in here. Who is in charge of this chain. Please retrain your staff.. other than that no complaints.

I would give them a zero if I could.the staff is very rude always nasty when I go and pickles and jalapenos mixed in I don't like spicy food and my sub was spicy
