We ordered the new drinks, berry cherry and iced hazelnut mocha, both were terrible. The iced latte was not mixed together at all. The berry cherry tasted like they added half water and we even ordered light ice. We also got the Nutella croissant-it was good but very very messy to give out with no napkins

Very Rude Albino guy at window was very rude!!! Didn't get my order right & didn't give me straws for my drinks!!! And when I tried telling him nicely he refused to fix my order or give me straws & my receipt & told me this isn't Starbucks!! And he was laughing like it was funny! The only joke was him as an employee! I won't be coming back to this location!

The inconsistency at this location is ridiculous. The last 3 x coming here my mocha latte is completely terrible! Today it tasted burnt so I asked for another one and it was still nasty. Some days it good but more days it's not. I'm going to stop going to this location they need to get it together.

2 times in 1 week I've gotten coffee so bad. I've had to throw it in the garbage. Not sure what the issue is here.
Gave me a drink I didn't order, didn't give me the donuts i ordered, had to tell them I ordered donuts too (drive thru), no straws for 3 drinks , had to ask for those too BUT MOST OF ALL, I see today THEY CHARGED ME TWICE ON MY DEBIT CARD , one transaction shows completed and one is pending but that money is still being held up in my account! Of course they never told me that smh!
