If you love pizza and are in Fruitport this is the place to go for the best local non chain pizza. I have been going here since around the time they opened. Their deluxe pizza is excellent and their cheesy breadsticks with marinara are the best I've ever had anywhere !! Yes prices have gone up I read the other post, but that's everywhere you go. You won't be disappointed in their pizza, they have an area for seating if you want to eat there and it's clean. The service is always good and prompt.

Unmelted cheese on a toasted sub just didn't taste right. Put it in the airfryer, and it was 10x better. Maybe I'll ask for extra toasted next time? Great service as well.

Have tried them a couple times now figuring I would give them a couple shots before reviewing. Overall, pizza is "ok". I'm all for supporting local, but when I can get a better pizza locally for a better price, I'm not sure it is worth going back. I know costs are up, but $26 for a subpar 16" pizza just isn't going to cut it.Edited after owners reply:Obviously someone can't take any negative feedback online. All businesses have some negative feedback and most know how to deal with it professionally. It is becoming quite obvious why people have complained about the customer service of Parkside, or lack thereof.

Great spot to grab lunchEdit**When they are open**Called 30 minutes before they closed and didn't pick up so I drove there, open sign was on. They didn't let me place an order for a sub. Really wish they would have answered the phone so I didn't drive out of my way to go there.

First time ordering from Parkside and it's safe to say we will definitely be ordering from them again, very soon!!!Loved the homey atmosphere when we walked in to pick up our pizzas. We ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza. The Depot and breadsticks. To say it was amazing is simply an understatement!!! Exceptional service and great quality food. Pizza is not too thick or thin, it is just right!Next time I think we will try the subs, or maybe even a wet burrito!Thank you for a great experience!
The food is edible, but not remarkable. I ordered my pizza and stated clearly what I wanted multiple times and they STILL got it wrong. On top of that, I had to wait there for them to make another pizza to fix their mistake which meant my breadsticks got cold waiting. Not only did they offer NO compensation for THEIR screw up when I was perfectly polite about informing them, but they also they offered that pizza for FREE to another customer right in front of me. This is seriously the worst customer service I have ever been a part of. We will never be ordering from here again. It is over priced for what you get and you aren’t guaranteed to even get what you ordered. I wouldn’t recommend the place if you don’t want to pay quality prices for a subpar product they can't even make right. Don't buy from here if you want correct food or decent customer service when they get it wrong.
