My wife and I were there last night 3/15/2024. I went there specifically because on Fridays they have clam chowder on the all you can eat soup bar. Clam chowder is my favorite soup. What ever recipe you are using throw it away and start over. I ate half a bowl and pushed it away. My catfish was decent but my baked potato was hard. My wife’s baked cod was a bit dry and flavorless. Service was excellent. I might be back another time to give you another chance to impress me, but it definitely won’t be for what you call clam chowder.P.S. did I mention your clam chowder recipe sucks.

Old and tired place, service was slow and lacking. Food was partially cold, server never came to check on us after delivery. Atmosphere of “ I could care less” …. Quality of food was poor. We won’t be back.

If you're expecting 4-star dining, you're going to be disappointed. That's not what Eddie's is. The food is Ok, nothing spectacular but no complaints either. What makes this place special is the staff. They treat you like family. Overall, a nice little place where people feel at home; decent good, amazing staff!

Bathroom was not clean . The toilets were nasty.You tell them that you want something not cooked, they cook it anyway.Their chicken soup had little taste to it.I have. Been to this place 3 times. Had to send my food back everytime. I will not go back.

this restaurant is always understaffed. One girl to answer phone, seat door and wait on table and take cash. The orders are not written down and delivered with the rquired items. The owner or busboy whoever, does not aid in trying to smooth out the process. They think becaue of their specials that they are the cheapest in town and that they can get away with charging more on weekends and holidays such as the past Juneteeth, which was never a Michigan holiday The Omelette prices are okay, but don't ask for extra or removal of an item you won't get it. It is always overdone or not right on plate. The toast will be light one day and burnt the next, the toast is buttered with a melted butter item and that is reheated daily. This is not good, butter becomes rancid. This restaurant lacks the "home feeling" and unless your from the Middle East you might as well forget getting any special treatment. They might be cheaper than other places in town, but the quality of dinner time also, when Turkey Dinner ordered, it did not come with Gravy on the potatoes or meat, you had to ask for it? go figure. This restaurant deserves a drive past as far as our family sees it.
