“Absolutely WONDERFUL place in town. Clean, friendly staff, great priced drinks! The atmosphere is everything. I will never step foot inside Tim’s again after discovering this place. This place does NOT serve food but you are free to order from the local restaurants in town and bring it in and that to me is awesome! Small businesses supporting small businesses. The owner and his wife are almost always there and they are great people too! If you haven’t been into Karma, you need to try it! Hidden gem of Gaylord.“
“I often go to five guys in Gaylord and it's always a great experience. The staff is friendly. The food is terrific as always.Dietary restrictions: You can get your burger in a bowl if you have gluten intolerance or if that's the way you prefer it.“
“Food is always good...never had a bad meal at Culver's in Petoskey or Gaylord....only a suggestion for Gaylord store .. it is nearly March 1st and beautiful weather....you still have Christmas decorations....time for Spring decor....it is pretty...but out of season.“
“As with most Chain restaurants it is always a hit or miss situation.. They were slow so we had a very good waitress, food and drinks arrived in timely fashion.. Food was decent.I have also had the miss side where if you can catch your Wait-staff and order your drink 10 minutes b4 you want it so you can have it when you are ready for a refill.. When it's busy and you order steak if it comes out at the appropriately ordered Temp. Then it's a miracle..“
“Went in after the dinner rush. The gentleman that took my order was fantastic, friendly and very sweet. Outstanding service all the way around. Manager packed my order up and thanked her for the quick order. Didn't have to wait long at all. Both hamburgers were made to order and we're delicious. Definitely will stop again when we are in town camping. Thank you both for the excellent service ???“
“Very confusing from ,the entrance, ordering, menus at the table but no table service, 2 employees to do everything, do we seat ourselves, wait, order here, the bar or at the table, do we pick the food up, bus the table, idk.... meat super dry, there's kinks that need to be worked out. I will try again!“
“When pondering places to go and looking at reviews, it was hard to pass up Pine Squirrel. It felt wrong not to go to a place with this name when visiting Gaylord. It was a fairly busy bar atmosphere and albeit home to a good handful of regulars. The wait staff was friendly, helpful and on top of their game. We tried the taco salad and chicken fingers for food. Kept it simple and basic for our first visit. Both were good and hit the spot. The ranch is homemade and definitely was a determining factor on my ordering.“
