The first time I went to firehouse subs of Gaylord I had no idea what to get one of the managers that was working at the time suggested the turkey bacon ranch and I have been hooked ever since.
Went in with my family and the workers went above and beyond to make sure the kids were taken care of. I wish I got her name but the worker with blue hair was extra helpful she even bought my kids some chips!Kid-friendliness: My kids are already asking to go back to the “fireman restaurant” since the workers were so nice and the restaurant was very entertaining for them!

I walked in 3 minutes before they closed and they graciously stayed open late to make me something to eat!! How awesome! That's how it should be, but so rare to find these days, people/ business's that are still willing to do as such.
