I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and got Mac and cheese instead of fries. My chicken sandwich was COVERED in hair. Completely grossed out and never going here again. Didn't eat one bit of my food

I visited the KFC in Grand Haven for lunch with my son, where we ordered a 5-piece tender meal. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Initially, we received only 2 barbecue sauce packets, and upon requesting more, we were met with a poor attitude from the staff. Moreover, my son's meal was short with only 4 tenders provided and half the expected amount of sides. To our dismay, the staff member displaying this unprofessional behavior was identified as a manager. This experience significantly detracted from our visit.

They weren't even open last Saturday. It was only 8:40 PM. It looked like the place had been closed, well before 8:00PM.

I don't understand why this restaurant always closes early. They are supposed to be open until 9pm on Sundays but when I come at 8:15 they are closed??? You should change your hours advertised, or post a sign when you are closing early.

Came to dine in and lobby was closed 40 minutes after they were supposed to be opened so I called to see why and workers were rude and had an attitude.
We were told to me up the line and waited for 5 min than we had to wait for the 2 people that walked up the the window at times they were sticking their heads through the drive thur window. My food wasn't made fresh, look at picture. It wasn't cheesy ? enough.

We arrived 25 minutes before they were to close and when we pulled up to the window they turned off all the lights to appear closed to anyone else passing by 20 minutes before they closed.
