I would give no stars if i could. I used to order pepinos almost once every single week. But the last four times I ordered it has been trash! I gave it so many tries in hopes it was a fluke. Nope! Soggy sandwiches everytime! Crust old pasta everytime! And sloppy pizza! Terrible! And I tip well also. So they just don't care about customers I guess.

Had a coupon so we tried this place out. Everything looked good. Smelt great, but it's all bland. There wasn't a real flavor to any of the food sadly. The cheese didn't pull, the toppings weren't anything special. The marinara was probably the best thing here. Nice and herbal. The restaurant itself was dirty, lots of food and trash on the floor but decorated well. Pop machine was broken. The staff were nice. Won't order again

We've never had pizza from here so we thought we would try it. I'm from the East Coast where sheet pizzas or party pizzas are regular thing. Here in Michigan they seem fewer and far between. We ordered a party pizza which is advertised as 18x24. Ours was 15x23. That's a lot less pizza. Either advertise the pizza as a smaller size, or charge more and make it the size it's being advertised as. That being said, the pizza was good, and the fellow at the counter was really nice and the inside was really clean. We may try again but would probably not order a party pizza.

I'm super disgusted with this place! I used to come here often, but never will again. I ordered a calzone with pepperoni, sausage and cheese, when I got it home there was everything in there from black olives to pineapple, no meat at all. When I got there three of the young people working were playing on their phones and ignoring the guests. I suggest management do a better job of hiring quality, competent staff. If I didn't live 20 minutes away I would take it back and get a refund. I want to say so much more, but no reason to beat a dead horse. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would.

With food like this I have no clue how they stay in business. The pizza tasted no better than a cheap frozen one. The chicken wings were expensive and bland. Very clear they expect the sauce to do the heavy lifting, which it doesn't. The worst part is the ranch dressing. It was oily and did not taste good, which might as well be a sin in the Midwest. Will never come here again.

I am originally from Battle Creek and our favorite pizza which they have one in Lansing. Also, is Sir pizza. I recently ordered a pizza for the Lions football game and it Hass to be probably one of the best pieces I’ve ever had since I’ve been here in Lansing. The staff was very professional. The pizza was hot and Just like I ordered it. I called back and had a request to cut it in to party style and they did exactly what I wanted. Great job.! I definitely would recommend friends and family.

This is the first time I have tried a Peppinos pizza. I think the ingredients are good, but it was hard to tell by the sloppiness of the toppings. They were scattered, and some slices had the topping while others did not. The crust had a bubble in it.
Service changes from day to day. Can get 5 star pizza some days and under or overcooked a week later. Last time I got home and the pizza wasn't even sliced.

Ground Up Stump Grinding
The pizza here is incredible. We were working down the road on Friday and decided to try it out the pizza, it was some of the best pizza I’ve had, the chicken bacon ranch was perfect and the bread sticks were great! We also had the bbq and Hawaiian. Great parking too for our large work equipment.
Definitely my favorite pizza. Staff is always very friendly, efficient and accurate. There is literally nothing bad to say about this place unless you do n't great pizza, great staff and very reasonable prices.

Yum! The pizza is usually good, but not great. We had a mix up on our order and the manager made us our pizza and delivered it to our home. While most places are lacking good customer service these days, Peppino's still has it. And this pizza was the best we've had since Detroit Frankie's moved out of town!
