Drinks are a little pricey here, but the seasonal holiday cocktails were really good here. Not super busy the weekend night I was here, but it was a chill vibe. I'd go again.

I stayed at the AC Hotel at the beginning of November. The rooms provide safes to keep her personal belongings protected. Unfortunately, I left some valuable jewelry in the safe during my stay. When I realized I had left it, I immediately called. I was connected to security and they informed me that they recovered the jewelry and asked how I would like it returned. I filled out the appropriate form and asked for a significant amount of insurance for the shipment. However, I was informed that I could only take out $1000 policy. When the fedex box arrived I was missing two of the most valuable pieces. I immediately called the hotel and was again connected to security. The woman I spoke to got extremely defensive and stated that the jewelry was there when they sent it. Unsatisfied I spoke with the general manager. She put me in touch with the general manager of the security company. He sent me the pictures of when the jewelry was taken out of the safe and the two pieces were in the photos. After some communication with him, he is blaming FedEx for taking my jewelry. However, the box that came was not tampered with and the contents were very well contained. I am almost positive someone from the hotel's security stole my jewelry. I have contacted the police. I now have tried a few times in speaking with the general manager of the hotel with no call backs. It is pretty sad that Marriott has hired such an unethical security team. Someone needs to be accountable for my missing jewelry. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. If this has happened to me it could happen to you. What is the point of having safe boxes if your belongings can't even be considered safe.

Had a blast here a few years back in a blizzard. The staff was great and even made us a Yoda drink lol. We have been back a few times since and the rooms are always well kept and the bar is great to go after dark.

Great location, beautiful lobby bar, and excellent staff/guest services. During my stay, I accidentally left a dress shirt and a few personal items. TJ at the front desk was very kind/accommodating, as he promptly made arrangements to have the items shipped directly to me! Thanks TJ!

This place is horrible. The staff is the worst. We came here for a long weekend and they said at the front desk they ran out of water and in addition we tried to eat dinner there and waited an hour and a half and finally left. Worst place ever!

The food was good, but drinks are overpriced. Didn't know they added 20 % in tips on each persons bill. ? That's crazy. If I go back, I will definitely pre-game!

A group of us stopped in for drinks here and ordered basic margaritas and were charged $20 for each margarita. Plus, they were not made properly (the glasses were not rimmed).

This hotel has been open about four years. First time I ever visited it. Outstanding property brand new staff very friendly, very modern very clean.
First time staying here. Out of hand soap. Out of bottled water. Seriously? How is that possible? Does that mean employees don't wash their hands? Parking is two blocks away. Bonvoy, you can do better than this.

I was shocked to learn that during weekends you pay 20% extra for alcohol for dj I wish they showed on receipt. I live nearby and i got curious coz my bill didn't match what i brought. Otherwise cool place to hangout

Great location in downtown. Walkable to a lot of the night life or you can take a scooter. The rooms were fantastic and super clean. I thought for being in downtown it was relatively quiet at night. The staff was always super friendly every time we came in. Would recommend and stay again.

The location is great for downtown activity's. It's clean and visually appealing. Please be aware, the self serve coffee station in the lobby is not complimentary. After we made our own coffees, we were given a bill. The other complaints are related to noise. The street becomes a drag strip and the bar in the hotel. It becomes a nightclub with a DJ after 9pm. Our room was so loud, so late. I do not recommend staying here if you do not plan on indulging in the late nightlife. I won't be staying here again.

Beautiful property! Clean and contemporary rooms. The DJ was unexpected but fun! Loved everything about our stay except having to pay $24 to park and I don't have an option as a Marriott employee, I'm def going to stay with Marriott and all 3 hotels downtown share the same parking garage. Other than though, amazing property!
