By far the best food yet. Came in for lunch at 11:40 on 2/28/24 there was a slight wait to get service but was informed that there was only 2 lady's working during a lunch rush on 28th st. The food was hot and correct. Was great service even tho they were short staffed. I wish I would have gotten their names. The dining room was also very clean. Definitely deserve to be compensated.

Unfortunately, this is the second time this location failed two hungry travelers. The location is great leaving the GR Airport but... lesson learned. Brisket and Rueben were both lukewarm despite having to wait nearly 15 minutes at the drive through. Ruben was dry, barley any eat and NO sakraut at all! We'll have to choose another traveling fast food next time. I did take a picture but it's not loading.

I'm actually glad this came up! The young man was super pleasant when I asked for a few minutes to "pick my deals" off my coupons, informed me when the deal was better than my coupon, and apologized for the wait, when there wasn't really one! I didn't get his name unfortunately but super impressed!
I came in for a modified meal and 3 sliders. Instead I got double of the mozzarella sticks. I would have known if the worker read back my order. And my Greek Gyro is disgusting. I eat everything but I couldn’t finish it.

Horrible everything! The person at the drive thru was rude and didn't listen to the order at all. We asked for the 2 for $7. A classic roast beef and chicken nuggets. We wanted the roast beef plain no cheese, yet it has cheese. The nuggets were barely eatable bcs how hard they were. We wanted horsey sauce and when we asked for that. He was rude and said don't tell me when you order. You have to ask for it at the window. We get our order and the receipt and he charged us full price not the 2 for 7. Not acceptable at all.

I love Arby's or I did until this day. The sandwichs and the onion rings were cold and the bun was dry Worst lunch I've ever had at an Arby's! And 8 spent 21 dollars

I am not normally one to complain. But in the case I have a 20 minute break and 3/3 times my food has been wrong.i figured it would be ok to say something. I work on second so it's the same young man who takes my order Everytime. And my food is always wrong. They take 5 minutes to get me my food and so I have no time for changing what they give me. I will no longer be going to this location
