At first I thought it was expensive but the portions were generous and the quality excellent. I would definitely go again.

Very nice and sweet worker, kinda slow but there was some difficulties with the machines and we weren’t in a rush. Definitely will come back!

Window sills were dirty and had lots of cobwebs but our waitress was great even though she never answered question about age for senior menu

This place has been here about my whole life. I was back in GR for a visit and had to visit. Fries were perfect, and the cheeseburger was very tasty also. A few staff members have been there for 40-plus years. My dad recognized one server and asked. Yep, 45 years working at this location. WOW! Great job, Big Boy!

Ordered a shake, and they ran out of clean cups. There was one waitress, one cook, and who knows who the other person was but they all looked like they just came in from smoking a ceack pipe. The fish was over cooked and the fries were soggy. It took 45 minutes to get the food.

Ordered the breakfast, country omelette, in the evening. Hash browns were undercooked. Overall didn't have much flavor to any of it. Should've went the burger .

My sausage and biscuits were room temperature. The rest of the food was good for the other 2 people I was with.

Perfect service, our waiter almost knew what we wanted before we spoke even though this was our first time at a Big Boy

We were a group of about 20, paying separately, seperate tables , and arrived unannounced, our server handled us just fine, only wished she would have sent our tickets in right away instead of after taking everyone's order. Thank you, breakfast was great!!

Waiter was very attentive for my first experience, food was decent, Them sandwiches could be a little better. Lovely and pleasant experience overall, business was a little slow by the time I got in to be fair it was like 20 till closing time but a few other people were there too so I just tipped the waiters because I know they prolly had a long day and just wanted to get home.

The staff works very hard. They are visibly understaffed. If the ownership invests in more help, and they can find help, more profits will come. A waiter, that buses tables, runs to the register to take money, seats the guests, tries to take drink orders, food orders, and tries to check in with people on their food, while running into the backroom to pick up food and even prep some of it, simply does not work. I really liked stopping in from time to time to eat at this Big Boy, but I am very tentative about returning. I wish them the best and hope that these comments help.

Great food when your looking for classics or something more, they’ve got it. Excellent location and within walking distance from museum or river front. Easy on/off of 131 highway too.

Food was good, prices not so much for what you get. They said it was too late to serve us desserts. We were 6 people on vacation...whatever, their loss.
