They are very judgemental here and won't let people sit in the lobby to use WiFi or you know just meeting someone and you would have to buy something to order to stay I have bought things here and there . but they want you to buy here every day.they called the cops on me. because I didn't want to leave cause I was waiting on someone to meet which I wait everyday to meet that person and soon leave after .they also gossip about customers and talk about there boyfriend problems out loud the one downtown is way more welcoming and doesn't care.when i try to explain myself the manger starts to yell little did she know i was gonna buy a sanwhich but not anymore this place wants to be somthing its not ???

I had an GH order, stood in line with 3 other white women. Know one asked if I needed assistance besides one other employee, who was also a minority helped me. I’m tired of Grand Rapids discriminating against non white people, I will do a review every time I experience this. It’s not a cry for help it’s to put a STOP to this type of activity going on in a city I was born and raised in!

I came here with a friend after not being here for a year. I always had great service and coffee at a reasonable price. I prefer BIGGBY over Starbucks anytime. Once again they delivered and left me happy. Attached is a decaffeinated vanilla latte and frozen butter bear. I will be coming back and recommending this establishment for future visits.

This has to be the best experiences I've had at a Biggby Coffee in a long time. The restaurant was nice and clean, staff were quick at making drinks, and even fixed a customer messed up order without a complaint. The workers seem to be enjoying themselves and seem to have a happy/healthy work environment too. They have a constant stream of music at a comfortable level helping set the mood as well. I'd definitely recommend going to this location if you can!
