This new manager sucks. Tried to get a chocolate chip cookie freeze but they were out of cookies and the tonic. Then I wanted a vanilla latte with almond milk. they were out of both vanilla and almond milk. Oh and the new tuxedo muffins. When will upper management realize... but don't worry, their social media constantly has new posts but they cannot make any of the drinks because they are out of everything

I wanted a Irish cream mocha but out of Irish cream. Should keep this in stock longer than March. I ordered a different mocha only to find out they were out of whipped cream. So they offered a substitute. I'm so glad that I didn't pay more than half price- as it was a Tuesday- for this mocha. It was a disappointment. Whatever the whipped cream substitute is its terrible. If you run out of whipped cream, go to the store down the road and get some more. The staff was friendly.

I have been there several times. They are very slow in the drive through. They have left lots of coffee grounds in my coffee more than a couple of times. I have also came into this location and came out with a coffee that that has no flavor. It taste black with milk. The whole point of flavoring is to actually have some to taste... This is the only store I have been to that sucks at the service of their customers... They are also extra long at getting the customer their beverages..

Been wanting to try Biggby FOREVER, (I live in a neighboring State)What a mistake visiting this location. Staff was not helpful or friendly unless you're a regular, that was clear & obvious.Not ever trying their coffee, I asked a few questions while ordering. After I ordered & tipped them, I stood and waited for my coffee.There were cups being loaded onto the counter as the worker mumbled something inaudible as people stared at the counter to figure out which cup was theirs.Was it all you hoped it would be??I've had better coffee at a gas station & a much more lively conversation with the teenagers working there.

Extremely frustrating the number of times they are out for basics and the days that machines are down while waiting on parts. Cannot depend on getting basics there daily.
If you order a sausage and cheese bagel online at 4.99 they will almost always put egg on it, probably 8/10 times, so really no reason to spend an extra dollar on the sausage egg and cheese bagel.

Wasn't served what I ordered. I ordered a Super with 4 raw sugars and was served a lukewarm Grande with no sugar. Girl that prepared our order was to concerned with having a conversation with a previous guest than she was with preparing our drinks as they were ordered. She proceeded to prepare a drink for a customer that walked in the store 5 minutes after we had ordered and were waiting for our drinks. While my wife was still waiting for her drink. Will not return to this location. If I could have would have given 0 stars for service.

The service is fine but either I am being lied to or this is the only coffee shop on the planet that doesn’t have real honey. I just want an oat milk honey latte with real sweetener not artificial sugary junk. All other Bigby’s and Starbucks, I have been to have REAL honey. It’s really not that big of a deal but I am confused.

Placed order through the app today at 10:00am. Arrived and got in line at the drive thru at 10:04am and checked in. Pulled up to the window at 10:42am (line was moving terribly slow). The clerk asked me what I ordered. I told her exactly what I ordered. She repeated it back and it was not what I told her so I repeated it again and she said ok. She should have written it down. Was handed the order at 10:45am. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. 45 minutes of hell on this one. I will not go back to this location for a while. Hard pass on this one.
