This was the best meal I've had at a restaurant in several months.The meal was hot and exactly like the picture and Lynda our server was absolutely great.

Grabbed a late breakfast there. Don was our server, and we appreciated his service greatly. He made us feel like guests in his home rather than customers. Thoughtful and considerate. He is an asset to their establishment.

Waited quite a while at the door with at least 4 different employees seeing my mother and I there and they did not acknowledge us. Finally was seat and was told someone would be with us. 6 to 8 minutes, nobody had stop at the table. We decided to leave not knowing if we would get a server and if we did, how long would it take to get food?! The restaurant was not even that busy and was very hard to understand the level of bad service. We were very disappointed as we had our mind set on eating here.

The food was mediocre - but the service was great. Our server took our huge table's order without writing it down, dealt with a bunch of kids, nonsense, and chaos and still was great.Busy place, but they did alright getting us in and getting our food out. Prices aren't terrible either. Kids menu is pretty decent. My omelette was blah.

WOW! Worst service I've had in a restaurant in a long time. Can't even rate the food since we didn't get any. Immediately seated but after 15 minutes no one ever came to our table or even acknowledged our existance. Haven't been to a Bob Evens in years and it looks like that will continue. So disappointed....I have a lot of patience for restaurants and food service but not for places that are downright rude and don't care.
