Love the shrimp and scallops pasta, not to mean the bread.

Always scrumptious food. The fried cauliflower was excellent. Attentive servers. Happy atmosphere!

Will I had Trout.. It was flattened out like .A greasy spoon would flatten out a burger. I had cold slaw Basically it was just a slaw because there was no dressing to speak of on it. I give the meal a 2.Maybe a 3.Maybe it was just a bad experience one time but i'm not going back.

Delicious Poke Bowl for lunch! Brought my toddler along and wait staff were friendly and interactive with him. Did not get a picture of Boom Boom Shrimp appetizer but it is a must try!

Great dining experience. Bang Bang Shrimp, Fish and Chips, and an awesome Crab Cake Sandwich. Thank you so much. We would have taken photos if we weren't so hungry.

One of the most disappointing experiences I have had. I was so excited to go here for my first time and was let down. Bland food and small portions for the price. The server was not apologetic but simply said that we shouldn't have ordered what we did.

Without a doubt one of the most well run and friendly restaurants in Grand Rapids. They may be a “big business” type restaurant but they sure don’t make you feel like that. My wife and I were welcomed in and treated like family from the moment we sat down, to the moment we walked out of the door. Andrea (waitress), Dionne (manager), and Curneak (owner), are all exceptional and I truly mean it. From my wife’s nutritional needs/requirements, to mine; everything was up to (actually beyond) standard. Bonefish is now our go to date night spot.

As far as I am concerned, this is the best fish place I have ever been to. The service was amazing, Ryan did such an excellent job being our waiter. The food was absolutely delicious, every bite I savoured as I ate every bite in ecstacy. I loved the aesthetics of the place as well, enjoying every part of it!

Small portions, ordered the sautéed spinach for a side. Had enough raw garlic in it to kill a whole coven of vampires. When we told the server she just said that's just the way it is.... Mac and cheese was

I always come to Bonefish Grill to have bang bang shrimp but this is my first time at this location. I usually share my Bang Bang shrimp with my partner because they top up satisfying amount. Yet, this location served a quite funny amount that even we got 1 full portion each, we were still starving. They obviously served a half smaller size than what we got usually. Their website picture for this dish is a better representative what we usually get than what we actually got. This was so unsatisfactory and we drove 1 hour just for this dinner. When we asked the reason to our server, she said that may be because they offer this in 2 different sizes at happy hours. I would appreciate if she told this when I was ordering my food and I wish they had included this difference in their menu if that was the case. I hope this issue is only about this specific location because I love their bang bang shrimp and I still want to keep visiting!

I had a marvelous day here for lunch with my boyfriend and on a Monday afternoon there was literally no one else in the dining room area, except near the tail end of our meal.

Not Sunday Lunch!Wow, what a train wreck! Our server was Nate, and we have had him one or two other times. He's well above average and has great table rapport. But as I was waiting (which we did a lot of), I noticed he was covering a lot, and there was not a lot of staff. Knowing rocky times were ahead of us, I said something like, “Wow, you're all over the place. Is it still hard to hire servers or hard to keep them?” I learned it was neither. In continued conversation, I learned it was a scheduling issue; management did not schedule enough people. As the restaurant got busier, Nate eventually managed at least 12 tables! It reminded me of eating at Steak-N-Shake. While Nate was good in spirits, table morale around us was fading, our table too, as a lack of attention was piling up, blood sugar levels and patience droppin'. The 4-top table to our left was agitated, and the 2-top table to our right was annoyed. I hoped my 7, 11, and 13-year-old boys would not forget we were in a nicer restaurant. Thank goodness the bread and bang-bang kept them from disaster. We were seated for an hour and forty minutes before we got our meals. Total lunch was about a two-hour, 15-minute commitment by the time we paid. Nate was not set up for success when managing the tables he had; he was trying to survive. I 100% applaud what he was doing with the attitude he had.As a restaurant guest, I hope management considers performance and evaluates their process for scheduling. If I owned the restaurant and it performed like this, I would ask, “Should we be open on Sundays and operate a train wreck and ruin our reputation or focus elsewhere?”One of the meals did not come out as it should have. (no time for quality control). We had a grand total of two refills while we were there—no offers for additional adult beverages. The table was not proactively pre-bussed. Two meals died in the window. We were not offered dessert, which, before waiting so long, we told the B-day boy we would do. A table runner brought out drinks, and we asked for straws, and they dropped a handful of straws (12). They were so rushed into the restaurant that counting to five was not in the cards. My wife and I eat out almost weekly, sometimes more, sometimes less. We love taking our boys, who don't like to eat out. When we talk them into eating out, they always want Bone Fish if it's sit down. We were there on 2/25/24, celebrating one of their birthdays. We treasure the restaurant. I hope this feedback is helpful. We love the menu, the drinks, and atmosphere. I hope we get our boys to want to come again. Aye-aye-aye.Nate, if you see this - appreciate you! Great attitude and demeanor. If this is a regular occurance, know your talents will be showcased better some where else!

A weekend get-away and date night turned into a family dinner and we all had a great time! Reservations were orginally booked for me and my wife; however, we added our adult son at the last minute. He lives in the area and we live two hours away. Great food, adult beverages, and top notch service! The staff was helpful, accommodating, and extremely entertaining. We had a blast! We will definitely come back to the Bonefish Grill in Grand Rapids for future date night activities.
