Went here after a sports event and the appetizers were great. Although, the main course was the worst I’ve ever had. Steak was sopping wet, had no flavor, shrimp was burnt, and the rice tasted like dishwasher soap. On top of that the food took forever to be brought out. Definitely not worth the money I spent. The service was amazing. Everyone was friendly, inviting , and made sure we were taken care of.

Ribs were dry and over-sauced. 3 out of 5 times, my steak was NOT rare as ordered, but MEDIUM. They did remove the charges for the wrong-temperature steaks, but that's NOT the point.

Heather is AMAZING!! We love having her serve us. She works hard, takes care of us so well. We were in a week ago and had a different server who just was not up to par. Food took forever to get out. Had to ask for almost everything. Our appetizer came out an hour after we ordered them. The new guy was not good. Heather just anticipates everything. She's amazing!

Food was average, but the atmosphere is what I can best describe as “police who have passed away” with all of the police memorabilia and remembrance pictures. Not really my cup of tea, but if you’re a fan of cop themed bars maybe you’ll enjoy it.

I ordered medium well for all my prime ribs and they gave them to me blood raw. I had to finish cooking them when I got them home.

My wife and I went with my daughter-in-law and grandson. We were brought to a booth quite fast. As the place was empty. Being Easter. We thought there would be a lot of people. But there were only people in the bar. And only a few at most. The restaurant was empty. Our waitress came to us pretty quickly. We got ice waters. I ordered a Rum Runner. Which was really good. It was in a tall glass, which surprised me. The entire glass had ice in it. That would explain how I drank it so fast, and then ordered another one. And told the waitress, I'd like less ice. But I received it the same way. (Instead of in a small glass, most drinks come in.) $14.00 dollars for ice. Because there wasn't much in it. For what was in it. Tasted great. I ordered Branns wet burrito. (I wish I had taken photos. Because I usually do) The presentation was like, something I make at home. It was like a long frozen burrito. But the meat tasted burnt. Over cooked. The refried beans were really creamy & salty. Salsa was good. The sour cream tasted like Daisy. Guess I did a dollop with my burrito. Salsa chips melted under the cheese. I love wet burritos. I wasn't impressed. I also ordered a sweet potato and Cesar salad. Even though the menu says, all entrees come with 2 sides. I was told that the burrito doesn't. So why does the menu say it then?My waitress brought it to me any way, w/o charge. Thank her for that. The sweet potato was delicious. The cinnamon butter and rolls were delicious. Although I remember getting more than 4 in past years. My daughter-in-law ordered an 8ox steak. Only ate 3oz of it. She couldn't cut thru it. And when she said something to the waitress, she brought it back to the cook, I guess. The waitress came back and said there was nothing she could do about it. She said that was the cut of the meat. (Any 8oz steak I ever ate was never tough. And could eat the whole thing. Not to mention, it was still bleeding.) The waitress made us pay full price for it. She didn't even offer to bring her another one in its place. My wife ordered a 6 oz sirloin. Which came out fine. She ordered some extra blue cheese. She didn't have any issues. My grandson only had seasoned fries. And he didn't even eat all of them. They were like, they were sitting out and reheated. Seasoned, rubber fries. With chocolate milk. $72.80 for this meal. And left a $10 tip. It's not as impressive as the remodel of the place. It's almost like there's too much pride in remembering the fallen Police, and honoring 1st responders. Than in the food. Before, it was Tommy Branns; And just Branns. The food was a lot better.

I recently visited Brann's with a few of my friends (we had a reservation for 36 mothers and sons) for a dinner date. Brooke, Jackie, and Michael took the greatest care of us. We had a large party, of rowdy 6th grade boys. There were no mistakes in orders, the service was on point and the gentlemen kept our boys entertained as well. We appreciated the care and this will be a lasting memory of a great dinner out with their Moms. We thank you Branns for making this an amazing experience for all of us!

Great place for dinner before taking in a sporting event or a show. Or, stay for the big game there. Servers are great and so is the food. Sometimes service can be slow, not sure if it's a staffing issue or not. To me it doesn't matter because they are so nice there. I absolutely love that they support public safety, especially law enforcement.

We wanted to go out of the box and decided to try here. We chose the bar area to watch March Madness/MSU. The gal, who was not only the bartender of the whole restaurant but was also the waitress, super kind! As time went on, we ordered food (5:05) ... we had to ask for my salad and for the rolls, and after waiting 65mins we gave up! We were told by the bartender/waitress and the fill in waitress that our food would be up in 5mins but after 15-20mins nothing! We were told they were having issues in the kitchen...as others around us ordered/received food and checked out before us...not!!! Not blaming the bartender/waitress at all.... Poor management. And when we asked to speak to a manager we were told he/she was working in the kitchen!! Will. It be going back!

I have fallen in love with their prime rib dip sandwich! It's absolutely phenomenal with its deep flavors and amazing textures. Each bite brings you a little closer to that feeling you've been searching for your entire adult life. The staff are also good people who work hard even when very busy.

Service started out bad, but gave it a chance. Food took forever and we were the only table. Husband got the wrong steak and waitress didn't seem bothered that she put in for the $42 steak vs what he ordered. She never checked on us, never refilled our drinks and hardly any eye contact. We had to ask for our bill which is when we noticed the price of his wrong steak . This was our first and last time there.

Food was decent service really sucked. Waitress brought me the wrong steak which ended up being a $45 steak and it was definitely not worth that amount. We waited over 45mins for our food and we were the only ones there. Server never refilled our drinks or checked in on us. We will not return.
