I give Branns on Leonard a 0 star review. It was going to be one star but after writing a lengthy review on their page, the submit link was broken. On Purpose maybe?? we visited Branns on Sunday April 7th and ordered 2 steak dinners. My husbands steak was chewy as leather not to mention the yeast rolls (that i usually look forward to) were hard as a brick. old and rock hard. We saw our waitress long enough to bring our order. and then we never saw her again. We both had food poisoning that evening We wont be going back there.

I recently treated some relatives to lunch at Brann's and am wondering how the lunch specials work. Two people ordered the exact same thing (8 oz sizzler) but when I got home and looked at my receipt I noticed that one was charged $13.99 and the other one was $16.99 (the dinner price) Another person ordered the rib basket and asked for a salad instead of french fries. Even though the two sides are the same price on the menu, there was an upcharge of $1.99. The food was okay, but the buffalo chicken had clearly been sitting for a while before it was brought to our table, the fries were cold and the ribs were extremely tough

Steak was warm but slightly overcooked. Potatoes and vegetable were cold. Service was slow and spotty. Disappointing.

Server was not very friendly and was stereotyping my daughter. Didn't stay for food left after having our drinks. And I use to frequently come to this location a lot.

Took my ten year old son here for his first "steakhouse" experience. Growing up we went to Branns on a regular basis but I haven't been there in at least ten years as we were living out of state. We went a little overboard as we don't eat out much so when we do we throw caution to the wind. Everything was good, appetizers, steaks, ribs, and the service. Surprisingly the check was less than I was expecting. Only four stars because they close so early on the weekends, besides that I have no complaints.

Ordered 6 ounce sirloin medium. It came out well done and tough. They also charged me for an 8 ounce sirloin (only a dollar more but frustrating). There were also gnats or small flying bugs around table. Decorations, tables, silverware, etc. were all dated. Gave two stars as some in the party liked there food. I would not visit this place again.

We had the worst waiter ever. He said he got our drink orders, but screwed that up 3 times. Brann's Steakhouse used to be great, it's sad to see them in decline. They desperately need better staff.

We stopped in for a quick bite before heading out of town. The chain is usually pretty good but this particular one we didn't have such good luck. My burger was gross, I don't even know how you can screw up a burger. It wasn't very busy, yet all the food was super slow coming out. I'd finish my beer and sit there for a good 5 minutes with the waitress passing by multiple times on empty. My food came and I ate my entire meal before she brought me my beer (had I known it would take so long I would of never ordered another). My wife said here steak was good but the flavor stopped there. Both kids meals were cold. Over all, we were very disappointed with the food and service. We will likely be trying something else the next time we are in GR.

Food is a little pricy for the quality, I sat at the bar and it felt dirty and sticky. Kansas City Strip Steak was pretty good. The main downfall was the bartender overly engaged with regulars, so if you're not a regular, you will be waiting long to order, long to get another drink, and long to cash out. I won't be back here

Brann's was considered and has been considered for as long as they have been in business.

Marissa our server was very nice. We ordered a burger and ff with soup to start and the prime rib dip. Our meals came luke warm then the soup came, better late than never, but it was nice and hot and delicious, the prime rib dip came on a hamburger bun...odd...She never came back to ask how our meal was. She did come back to see if we were ready for our bill, at which time another beer was order. Very disappointing for the price.

This is $11 worth of taco's. Meaning you will need about $45 to $60 to be full off of this èntree. Just eat somewhere elseEdit: i came back 5 years later (2024) to learn 8 boneless wings that are barely larger than a tater tot cost $11. I was wrong to give the place another chance. And no Braun, im not gonna waste my time talking to you. Just make your prices appropriate for the amount of food you're selling. Go look at what you're company is passing off as "8 boneless wings" and ask yourself if it's worth $11
