I am so grateful I stopped by.Food was delicious. But what made it so special was the interaction with the staff - friendly and down to earth.Looking forward to coming back!

It was very very busy when we first arrived. Our waiter was on his second day there and did splendid... food was delicious.Parking: Parking was free after 6pm and we got there at 7 so it was perfect.

Really good burgers. Very slow service. Fries were also good.Pretty empty restaurant and the server was nice enough, just not very attentive at allVery cool place. It's inside a giant old industrial building just north of downtown Grand rapids. And on Monday nights, burgers are $5 off!Great deal! Probably even better when they are served hot.

TASTY! POWERFUL FLAVOR! Almost a bit much particularly with salt. The burgers are MASSIVE! Bigger than most other restaurants, but the same price. You'd better skip lunch if you come for supper.-Patty Melt: My favorite because it was sourdough instead of rye like many others. Everything was balanced and done well.- Black and Blue: Powerful and flavorful. My first time getting a blue cheese crumble burger and I am now interested.- Royale with cheese: I was looking forward to this one. I appreciated having a choice on cheese. Got American and was not disappointed.- Battered Fries: WAY better than the chips. The fries helped take some of the edge off the massive flavor, though they were just a bit on the salty side.- Service: Awesome! They were very personable and accommodating. Asked multiple times if I needed anything and even anticipated my needs ahead of my requests.- Conclusion: I recommend it.Parking: Free parking after 5 PM, but they now reimburse you for parking as of Feb 2024.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp at the front door.

Went here for the first time on my friends 50th birthday. The waiter seemed like he was unsure of how to do his job although seemed nice. The place had live music but it was super loud for being a guy on a acoustic guitar. The place was pretty busy but the food was slow coming out and not for lack of being done evidently because it was barely warm. The next day my card was charged extra for my tip I looked at the total and it had not added up to what I had tipped the waiter. Our waiter decided to add more of a tip to himself. I’m hoping this was some kind of a mistake but who actually knows besides him. I called up and spoke to the assistant manager and he was very nice and fixed the issue and I was refunded the overcharge. I’ll try it again to see if there was just an off night there.

Came here on a very busy night. They have live music on Fridays and Saturdays. When we were seated, the manager and waiter gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind. I appreciated knowing before we ordered that they were behind on food. It wasn’t a big deal for us. The waiter did a great job keeping us updated on the status of our food. The fish and chips were large enough to split with another person.

My 2 girlfriends and I went there for a girls night last night and had the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. We had a reservation and after we sat it took about 10 min for the waiter to come for drink orders. When we ordered drinks we also ordered chips and queso. It took about 15 min to get our drinks and then an hour later we still did not have our appetizer. Even tho the 2 tables behind us got seated after us and already had there cooked apps. We talked to the manager and he said the kitchen is super backed up. I understand things get backed up but that does not explain why the other tables were getting their food! He offered us free drinks but at that point we just wanted our food. They also gave us some free cheese curds that we did not want which still took 30 minutes to get out to us when we were still waiting on our salads and wrap. I understand things happy but our server was rude and was ignoring us while checking on every other table but ours. Sad to say this put a damper on our night really fast and we will not be back

The good: Cute place, great prices and kind staff. The host was kind enough to move our pre-set table with waters from a high top to a regular table as we had some elderly family members with us that wouldn't do well in those tall seats. The bad: food took a long time (almost 45 minutes) and everyone was served at different times. The last person in our group was served after half of the party finished eating. Food was okay - eggs were overcooked and there was a long hair in my husband's breakfast burrito

Fish and chips were great. You don't often find a place that has great fries and great fish but they do. We visited for lunch on a weekday so it was slow and quiet. Waited was super sweet and attentive. It would be great to visit on the weekend in the summer and have some drinks on the patio listening to the band.

The service was great. The food was good however a couple of the entrees were missing key elements to the meal making it less satisfying. Our server did try to fix the problem however it did take away from the overall experience with having to wait etc. the menu is much smaller than we remember from pre covid so options were not as plentiful but again server great food good and ambiance decent

I think we just went on the wrong day. There were only 2 waitresses & 1 cook, plus it was the day Lions played the 49ers. The place wasn't packed but had probably 4 tables of 8 people. Took over an hour to receive our food, and then it wasn't made completely. My food i had to wait another 15 minutes after my boyfriend got his food. He was done eating by the time mine came. My cowboy burger was missing the haystack onions on it. My boyfriend sat waiting over 25 minutes w nothing to drink & that happened a couple of times. We got fries instead of chips, but we were fine w that. My boyfriends meat on his Ruben was at least half inch thick & not shredded like a normal Ruben & no thousand island dressing. The manager did come over & apologized for the wait & gave us 30% off. We wouldn't mind trying this place again, just maybe not on a weekend or during a game night.
