They would be higher because their subs are good but you spend a fortune for tiny amounts.

I was surprised at how little pastrami there was in my capistrami sandwich.

Heard about this on a morning radio show and SO glad I went. Been a few times since and have never had a bad meal. Honestly inventive sandwiches and quality ingredients. Go here for lunch TODAY.

My husband is picky about cheesesteaks. The bread has to be right, and not fall apart, there needs to be a good amount of meat, and the cheese has to be the right kind. (He grew up near Philly). That being said, out of all the cheesesteaks we've tried in Grand Rapids this has been his favorite! The sandwiches are really tasty. The size is good, and definitely enough food. I also had a cheesesteak and it was everything I hoped for! The line took some time, but it was kind of busy and they are making everything to order. I didn't think it took longer than it should have. It is also a little on the pricey side for subs, but for taste and quality it was well worth it! I look forward to visiting again and trying more of their sandwiches. Unfortunately they are on the other end of town from me, so I won't be able to go often.

Very good sandwiches made to order. Fresh and delicious. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Clean and great location. I wish they were open for dinner too but it’s hard to find staff. I think the owners are there every day. Highly recommend.

Must say these sandwiches are delicious. Prices are a little high, but other than that I've been here 3 times in the last month and I have no complaints. Quality of the food is outstanding! Must also note the the service is as good as the food?

Very good sandwich however expensive and longer wait than usual at a sandwich shop. Can’t give five stars because my wife found a bone in her turkey sandwich. Rather than apologizing Trevor the manager told me they hand pull the turkey and you might get a bone. Dangerous!

Great sandwiches at fair prices. Clean restaurant, great friendly service, and as fast as expected for FRESH made cheesesteaks. My family and I will be returning for sure.

Service at this location is fairly inconsistent. Sometimes you wait forever for your food (my worst was 30 mins). The upshot is that their sandwiches are really fantastic- I liked the Bobbie and loved the cheesesteak and Italian. The location at the far east end of 28th isn't really convenient for me. But as far as hot sandwiches go, they beat the other similar competitors in taste.

Amazing sandwiches and even better service! Cool feel at atmosphere. I had the Bobbi which tasted like Thanksgiving Dinner on a bun. A coworker had a cheesesteak... and it did not disappoint and the meatball is homemade and now I can't wait to go try more. All around fantastic experience. Loved it!

Food is fine but when they ran out of soup, we're unable to provide simple proof of reimbursement to my card. When I asked if I was just supposed to take their word for it, the reply was "yes, and if you don't see the credit on your statement in a few days come back and tell us" was there additional commentary. They looked at me like I was insane for thinking that was not how it works. 8/23/2021 at 6pm

We’ve tried to pay a visit twice during business hours. Both times they’ve been inexplicably closed. So we’ve marked this place off our list and decided to take our business to Firehouse. Too bad, guess we’ll spend our money at a restaurant that wants it.
