Incredibly rude and racist, I’ve noticed for the Caucasian customers they were more kind but when it was my turn (a man of color) they were very disrespectful and made my food sloppy slamming it on the bowl… will never be returning to this location and I was planning on leaving a tip but not after my experience DON’T GO HERE!!!

Ordered carry-out. I ordered a burrito and a bowl, instead i got two bowls. One that the burrito was supposed to be forgot sour cream. It also forgot my chips that i paid extra for… Meat was cold even though i picked it up the second it was ready..Also didn’t get greeted whatsoever going into the restaurant, they just stared at me…Everytime i go to chipotle, whether it’s the alpine location or this one. they mess up at least one thing EVERY TIME.

The girl today (March 17th) that was working around noon was fantastic and went above and beyond. I've never ordered Chipotle before, but she was very patient and helped me with every step. The food was good and kept very clean! Definitely coming back!

Food was as expected, and price was clearly conveyed and accurate. The staff were training a new cashier at the time and they did a great job. The lack of clean (wiped off) tables and overflowing trash containers with trash on the ground should have been tended to.

I have had to take my food back twice. Once because the rice was not cooked and almost everytime they give you a teaspoon of meat and veggies with a couple shreds of lettuce. For the price it definitely isn't worth it and the customer service is not whT it used to be. I will no longer patron a place that doesn't respect its patrons!

It would be nice if you gave the option of chicken breast.I won’t eat dark chicken meat or beef so it’s disappointing I can’t eat there. A 2 star rating for that reason.
This place usually does well with making your bowls good sized. But today when I did a mobile order my bowl was barely half full and there was a part of bowl that didn’t have any food, I could see and touch the bottom of the bowl without touching any food.Considering that it didn’t look busy when I went in I’m hoping there was someone new at this station and that they are still learning. Qdoba is just down the road, and the bowls I get there are 2x bigger for 2/3 of the cost.

Not the dirtiest Chipotle we've been in recently, but definitely not the cleanest. My burrito bowl was lukewarm at best and the barbacoa was so greasy, my bowl was soaked through by the time I got to my table. The location is convenient but I won't be stopping there again.

They always have plenty of food compared to other chipotle I've been to.Was even offered a yummy vinaigrette dressing for My salad that I've never been offered before.Chicken salad with white rice, black beans, corn salsa,pico and cheese was delicious.

9/30 I would like to give feedback on the employee that was working the online orders by himself on a Saturday night. You guys were swamped with orders and this young man worked fast and didn’t stop once running back and forth to make sure the orders were taken care of as quickly as possible. I had to wait a little longer for my order but I understand that One can only do so much. Good job for staying on top of it when things got busy. He deserves a raise.
