3/24/24 it was a busy to be fair. The lady who took our order for 1 got a have it and two like it. Botched our order bad. Barely gave any ice cream in our two like it order. She knew she messed it up when she tried scraping the table for more and nothing there. Will not return to this location again. Just terrible

we have ordered twice now from door dash from them. the first time we got half the order with a note on the receipt that we think said they were out of chocolate, but they didn’t bother telling anyone, and sent it anyway and it was melted and spilling out, the second time the dasher said he felt ignored because of his race and couldn’t get my order and the store didn’t do anything to tell anyone there was no order. How do I send you an email?

I have tried to order from here multiple times on their own app AND doordash, just told be told that they are constantly “high volume” or “not currently accepting orders”. Then when I call, the employees tell me that they haven’t had any problem with online orders coming through. We didnt have this issue a few months ago but recently their service has gone waaaaay down hill. Reading the other reviews, it doesnt surprise me. Wont be ordering from here again.

While picking up an online order (that was 15 mins late), a short black-haired employee drops a spatula that she was using to flip waffle cones onto the muddy ground. She picks it up and continues using it without hesitation. Really good food safety training(and common sense.) Another employee (who noticed that I’ve seen what happened), calls her out and volunteers to wash it for her (she obliges luckily.) this occurred 10/21/23 at 6:15pm in case a manager that cares sees this.

Mud pie creation (coffee ice cream, fudge, brownie, almonds, peanut butter)Cold Stone after a movie always hits different. The ice cream tasted more like salted caramel but it was still soooo good with all the mix ins. We actually ordered it with Oreo bits instead of almonds but they got that part mixed up. I think it might've made it better tho.

When making it up she didn't cut up the mix ins so it was largely plain ice cream with a few spots of huge cookie and brownie chunks. Finally, she forgot to put it in the waffle bowl and when I asked about it instead of putting it in the waffle bowl she just stuck the waffle bowl in another container and stacked the bowl with the ice cream on top of it breaking the waffle bowl. I don't know why I tip. Again, if there were another Cold Stone option I would not use this location. For sure done with the mobile ordering.

Rudest group of teenagers working here. Literally ordered and was denied as a "joke". And proceeded to be made fun of the whole time I was in there. This group needs a reality check. Will not be going back.

Ordered and prepaid for a birthday cake online a week in advance, was charged and received a confirmation email, went to pick it up at noon when they opened and no one was there…called the restaurant with no answer and then corporate office where I received a reference number. Continued to wait over half an hour to open alongside 3-4 other customers who also prepaid for a cake. Did not hear back from the restaurant until I called 3 hours later and was told they had an “employee miscommunication”…never heard back from corporate offices after receiving a reference number. Was told I could come and pick up my cake now that employees were there, declined as I did not have time to do so…was refunded the money and in comments section was noted “customer changed mind…” Very disappointed in the lack of quality customer service!

The customer service here is AWFUL. We went in approx 30 mins till close and there was a line of about 12+ people. I saw 4 workers walking around but only ONE of the workers was actually helping customers. The others were making themselves ice cream, emptying trash, etc. Nobody acknowledged that there was a full store and they would audibly sigh when more people walked in the door. Locked up 15 minutes early and still nobody stepped up to help. Took about 25 mins to get in and out. Do not recommend
