I ordered the “House Mess Melt” at 2am from DoorDash. I never write reviews but I couldn’t resist. This melt was the best thing I’ve eaten (fast food-wise) in so long and was not disappointed at all. Was amazing. Thank you Meltdown fam!

The service was unbelievably poor I got there and they sat us at the table that smelled like someone pee on the seats we asked to move and they moved us. After he brought us our drinks we were ready to order but he refused to take our order at the moment then came back after 10 mins. Then when we finally ordered we waited a hour and no food soo after 10 mins after I finally asked the waiter about my food when I realized everyone came after us has already gotten their food. Then he said he forgot to put in your food and had to take our order again. Then he asked did me and my friend want to split a shake for the wait and we reply no because we had to wait another hour to get our food like never again!!!!!

Well. Me n my gf went, as dennys is my favorite and has been for a long time. Got a few things to say. Soon as we entered, it smelled like genuine raw sewage. No explanation was offered, we asked and the waitress said she dont smell anything. Food came out. After an hour, absolutely nobody else in the restaurant except us. Burgers were well done, non seasoned, soggy, pretty much i should've just went to mcdonalds. Wouldve been a better experience. Will never return. And tbh it wouldn't have been bad if the place didnt stink like a grave and the food was actually seasoned. Who sends out unseasoned fries? And im a literal chef. Like tbh really didnt wanna pay. God awful.

Restaurant had a few people. Waiting15 minutes to be seated, decided not to wait any longer so we left.
Chad was our server and was amazing, he was excited about the job and very awake even at such a late hour in the night. He made sure we were well taken care of that everything was made properly. 11/10 would come back just for him.

My server "Leo" was so rude to me when me and my daughter went a few days ago he was cutting me off while I was saying my order he snacted the menu out of our hands this stuff was uncalled for n u should not ever have a server like tht working

I usually never leave reviews, but this place was something else. I came in as a group of 5 with a baby and they claimed they could not seat us due to the staff being new. I made it clear that we would not judge, we just wanted a place to eat for the night. I asked her if they could separate our group and the other half of us would wait to eat. The manager on duty kept telling me she couldn’t do anything and kept calling me uncomfortable nicknames. She also just ended up walking away on me mid conversation. Very disappointing.
