Ordered 2 pizzas last night at 1230. They arrived and one was very overcooked and one was so undercooked we had to get it out of the box with a fork. After realizing how raw this was we attempted to call the store but it was after close by then. We called today and were basically called liars. I do still have the raw pizza to bring in and show. The kid on the phone stated he was the manager and there was basically nothing he could do to make it right. I’ve done a lot of business here over the years and have never been treated this poorly. I will be moving to the BBB and corporate office next. So disappointed in this, a simple refund or remake would have been enough, but they refused to do anything.

this is my first time ever writing a review, but I don’t think there could’ve been a better time to start now lol as a frequent flyer of dominos I have never visited this location and promise you on my life I never will again. After sitting in the drive-through to pick up my pizza for 20 minutes while the 2 bafoons working stared at me multiple times, but didn’t care enough to see why I had been sitting staring back at them through the drive-through window lol. There was also a gentleman in front of me who proceeded to show the person at the counter. ( I ended up going in because there must’ve been some sort of issue getting to the window) and one of the boys upfront, looked at this man’s receipt told him that they didn’t have his order. He asked if there was another location on Plainfield and the guy at the counter literally told him no it must have gone to a different one, and just walked away and went back to cutting pizzas. WITHOUT even caring to ask with the rest of us standing around in the lobby were waiting for. I don’t know please save your time. Please save your cash. Do not waste it on this establishment. Drive down the road a couple miles and you’ll get way Better way faster service.

I got the Philly cheese sandwiches this time and they were phenomenal. All the help was very friendly!
Placed an order for delivery to another address and requested the deliver it to a specific person at that address. It was handed to someone else who ate it. I called and spoke with the manager, Kenszie, who intentionally hung up on me when I called nicely to inquired. When I called back and tried to explain what happened, she said "it's not our responsibility and you're not going to get anything free out of it". I asked if I could speak with the manager her boss and she said his name was Scott, but she wouldn't give me his contact information because she is told to run the store how she feels fit and hung up on me again. I do not beg for free stuff, but I do ask to be heard and as for respect. I'm baffled.

This location is well managed and does a great job! Always make sure my order is correct and fresh! Even when a mistake is made, they have excellent service recovery.
I really like a thin and crisp crust . This one was perfect. I also like the way they cut the pizza up into small pieces.

I like Domino's. Is it the best, most authentic pizza in town? No, but it is good pizza and they are consistent and delivery is generally quick. You know what you are going to get. I must admit that I am a little biased as I have worked for several different Domino's stores over the years. But over all, I am happy with this store and am a repeat customer.
