I like the atmosphere at El Burrito. You get your food extremely fast. The cheese dip is phenomenal and so are the margaritas. The staff is very friendly and check on you often to see if you need anything else. It brings in a lot of families, so sit in the bar section that has booths if you want to hear less noise.Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian optionsParking: Plenty of parking

Warm atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, food was brought out quickly and was very good, prices were a little more then we expected but not outrageous.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in GR, this location specifically. I could drink their salsa it's so good! You could make a meal out of chips and salsa, with a margarita of course. All the other entrees we've tried have been very good with fresh ingredients. Service is fast and friendly. Sorry I forgot to take photos this time.Parking: Small strip mall that shares a large parking lot with other restaurants and stores.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. Open atmosphere.

I took my children To El Burrito Loco last evening and the food was delicious!!! Everyone enjoyed his or her meal and we had lots to take home. I do not like the tipping policy at all! I will only ever put No Tip and then pay the tip in cash.

Overpriced. Underpar. Add fees for take out. And they want a tip? What a joke! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. These penny pinchers deserve nothing.

Food is .... uhhhh Ok, but I always leave 1 star reviews for penny pinching companies like this one. No restaurant needs a carry out fee. I hope your family starves because of it. Prices overboard and then you want to put on another fee? Go F

One of the best dining experience OF ALL TIME. Adorable venue and legendary menu. This place fired on every single cylinder for what you are looking for when you go out eat Mexican food. As soon as we were sat (which was fast!) we were immediately met with some of the best tasting chips and salsa I’ve ever had. (In addition to the house salsa, their verde is top of the line if you enjoy a green) I went with my husband and two kids and everyone ate every last bite - including my kids who even tried the cow tongue taco! Our server was so attentive, sweet and fast. An instant favorite, cannot wait to return. 10/10. This place needs to stay open forever.

I had dinner here with family from out of town. The food was good, but the noise level was pretty high.

Food is way WAY overpriced and not nearly as good as it used to be. Done with the El Burrito franchise. You’ve gotten too greedy.

The food was under seasoned and the waitress was really short with us. I didn't even like my food and I told the lady and she still made me pay 25$ for it. They overcharged me and I shouldn't have even had to pay for anything other than my drink! Im very disappointed to say the least. I really was exited to have tried a Mexican restaurant here in Grand Rapids. Will not be returning to this establishment :(

It’s crazy to charge $8 for a side of beans and rice. Portions were about a half a cup of each. At least give a generous portion if your going to charge that for something that is $.50 at cost. Food is inedible. Tacos are swimming in grease. Would love my money back..

1st time here. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect for the location. Clean, open, mariachi music from overhead with a friendly and attentive staff. The chips were on the chewy side however the fresh cilantro in the salsa was welcome (first round of chips and salsa are on the house). My heart sank a little when the order of poblanos rancheros was on my table in less than 5 minutes of ordering swimming in a watery sauce. To my surprise, the flavor was delicious and on point. I can only imagine that freshly made, these would be fantastic. I may be back but will probably try another dish.
