I made an order through Door Dash and sat waiting on my food for at least half an hour. Next thing I know, I received an email from Door Dash telling me my order was cancelled. My dasher had showed up to the restaurant only to find out that the restaurant was closed the entire time. Even though their hours say 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM. If my dasher hadn't informed Door Dash about this, I never would have known and would continued sitting on an order that was never being made. They need to make sure they keep Door Dash updated with their hours. I'm still getting a refund thanks to Door Dash, but the thing that makes me most angry is that I wasted time on an order and sat waiting the entire time. I could have used that time on something else, because I can't stand it when my time is wasted.

I was looking forward to the food experience having enjoyed it before at other KBBQs and arriving here hungry, however, due to the service I am negligent to return. When my party arrived there were maybe 1 or 2 tables already seated. We were sat, the waitress took our drinks and order, we waited, 3 tables came in, and they got their drinks first! How do you justify $24.99 unlimited dining when the staff is going to take 15 minutes to bring drinks, not to mention try to even get a refill of any food! Especially with the menu lacking options for the price compared to other restaurants I've been to. I found it astounding how neither staff was organized, it really wasn't super busy and this dining concept isn't complicated. We spoke with the manager and expressed our concerns, he said the staff usually isn't like that; but still excuses - I don't know what we did to be ignored and receive such poor treatment.

Just wanted to say great food as always. Super yummy! Did not have great service though. The server was inattentive and did not really help us with figuring out what we wanted. Due to that we were quite confused and upset due to the lack of communication. It was good food but almost lost my appetite because of the poor service. I really wanted to mention the other server though because I heard her give excellent service to the table behind us. She even came and checked on us which was nice since our server hadn't in a long time. I understand when things are busy but having a server who is not friendly or helpful was just a bummer because I love going here. But thank you to the nice server who made us feel a little bit better!

Walked in not acknowledged. Hostess/waitress/ busboy many hats. Had my husband and I, Wait, Wait,Wait, Waited , Wait. With one leg on a chair Chatting it up with another persons at the table. Hostess/waitress/ busboy approached not stating “ sorry for the wait, then asked if we would like BBQ or order from the menu. We were then seated. Heard the Hostess/waitress/ busboy, shouted from behind me to another couple whom had just entered establishment “ sorry for the wait we will be right with you.” Huh ??Should I feel some kind of way? No Mary just sit here and give the place a chance not experiencing what it may looks like. Ready to place my order. Waitress Oh sorry the kitchen just ran out of chicken ?. Let’s prove me wrong, show up my sisters and brothers. Please prove me wrong.

I'm so excited Grand Rapids has Korean BBQ! We've been coming here a few years and the food is always consistent and delicious. We typically get the all you can eat. The price has recently gone up to $25/person. Still a great deal. You get the Korean sides, rice, and an appetizer with it. We like the fried dumplings. The all you can eat comes with three meats - pork belly, chicken, and bulgogi. The pork belly is fine, not much flavor and takes forever to cook and is hard to cut so we usually just get the one. The chicken is fine too, nothing special but still good. The bulgogi is delicious! The sauce is sweet and if you cook it right it melts in your mouth and gets a nice crust! We like to get garlic and onions to cook our meat with. I like to use the extra dumpling sauce on my rice. Service is ok. They stay busy but you still have to wait for things sometimes. For this area, the food is good and definitely satisfies our craving for Korean bbq.

Good food and kind staff. Owner was super nice and accomodating. Would visit again 100%. Grilling at the table is fun (and optional) I had no complaints on the food quality. No gristle or nasty bites.

Izzy was amazing! They were busy and short handed and she still took great care of us. Also, the food is fantastic! Best Korean BBQ in town.

Mediocre to say the least. It’s a small place which is fine but the service was not great, place is outdated (aka torn up booths, old decor etc), and the food was nothing special. We’re familiar with k bbq so we know what to expect. We’re also new to the area so we were excited to find a k bbq place near by but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The sides that are typically provided at k bbq restaurants are usually more extensive than what this place offers and the marinade on their meat here was not nearly as flavorful. They also did not have any drinks aside for fountain drinks when we came and we were told it’s because their moving everything to a second location. On top of that our server wasn’t very pleasant and never checked on us. Definitely won’t be returning. If we find ourselves really craving kbbq I rather make the trip to Chicago.

Was amazing! Steamed dumplings were unbelievable and the bibimbap was one of the best dishes I have had ever. Strongly recommend for a true Korean BBQ Experience.
