For the INSANE price they now charge for a burger you would at least expect good service.Place a Togo order. Arrived a little more than 10 minutes after placing it. And the staff hadn't even started the order. Hadn't even taken the receipt off the printer. Yet when I walked in there was one other person in the restaurant. And all 3 employees were standing around talking with each other. While the one was watching the 2 burgers on the grill. So then I waited another 10 minutes while they slowly made my food.Honestly I didn't want to go here but my girlfriend did. Because while I used to love 5 guy's food. Their chain started on the concept of a good and affordable burger. I can get a BETTER burger with fries INCLUDED at almost any restaurant for the cost of a burger here now.

2 double burgers and 2 small fries. For$42.00 the food was not good. Worst experience I've ever had with getting fast food. There was some horrid smell on both burgers. I had onion my wife did not. The smell and taste was chemical and I couldn't eat the sandwich after a few bites. I drove about 15 miles out of my way to go there and it was too far and more of a hassle to try and go back. Once you leave the building you can't prove the issue is from 5 guys. I will not be going back there anytime soon. I'll spend my money elsewhere for better Food and money for take out. So disappointed ☹️

$7 for a grilled cheese, which was just 2 bottom buns and a piece of American cheese. This prices are way too high for there mediocre food. However the service was great as my food did come quick and the cashier was friendly.

I used to love five guy even though it gets a bit pricey. The one thing that will prevent me from going here again is the picture of Obama at the cash register. I don't want to enjoy lunch thinking about politics and high inflation.
