I bought a 9 pound, bone in ham. Everyone had enough, and I got to make pea soup with the ham boneParking: Get there early. Due to the long lines during the holidays it's kind of hard finding a parking spot, especially when you find someone parked in a handicap spot with no placard or signage on their license plate because their better than everyone else

The customer service person that took our orders today did a super great job for us. I believe his name is “Steven”. He was friendly, personable and respectful. It’s always appreciated when you walk out feeling better than when you came in. Thank you so much Steve, we look forward to seeing you again on our next visit.Parking: Ample parking space.

Customer service was horrible, FAR less than the minimum. I saw the individual making my sandwich scrape off honey mustard and just put the sandwich back together. He then got a huge attitude when I asked him to remake the item. All he did was put the meat on a new bun, still covered in honey mustard. Incredibly frustrating, and we will not be returning.

First time there, staff was very nice and helpful. Plenty of options to choose from. Will definitely be back.Dietary restrictions: They are very flexible when making your sandwich.Parking: Many parking spots on the side and around back of building.

I have never been treated so rude at any restaurant ?. Store staff are completely terrible!! I'm a delivery driver. This order wasn't place for me. I arrived at the store for pickup. My pickup time was 11:30 am on my app. I arrived at 11:25 am. Employee says are you here for that large order? I say yes I am. She says " You're too early, that order says we have until 1:00 pm. It's going to be an hour and a half before it's done." As she is speaking another employee tells me she's working on it. The order consisted of 11 sandwiches and 11 bags of chips. As she is working on it, the first staff says that order will be ready at 1 pm again you can wait or cancel the order. I politely say ma'am I don't mind waiting, but I can't understand why I would be waiting an hour and a half for 11 sandwiches that's in the process of being made. I walk out to call customer and tell her my experience and delay, I walk in, to check on the order and at this time it's 11:34 am. There was 7 of the 11 sandwiches made as I explained to customer who has a lunch break at noon that they were still saying 1 pm. I'm assuming this must of been a manager that comes from the back as I'm discussing my experience with my customer. He says "can I help you with something" I respond saying "I'm speaking with my customer about her delay". He goes on with "I don't like your attitude and the order won't be ready until 1 pm. Pulls out his tablet and point to a time of 1:05 for pickup. At this time we're only waiting on 3 more sandwiches and time is 11:45. I explain to him I don't have an attitude and I'm not happy with the way I'm being treated. I also explain that I don't mind waiting for orders but am confused as to why I would be waiting another hour and 15 minutes for this order. I step out to call doordash, which reached out to the store and got no response. At this time my order was canceled due to customers request. I still can't understand there logic but I did receive half pay for my order, which was $30.00. I feel it was worth the hassle I received but not so happy for my customer who' lunch break was ruined!!!

BEWARE! The shipping charges is nowhere to be found until I finalize my order. I was charged $75 shipping for an $80 ham. I wish I can attach a screenshot of my order here for everyone to see. Ham $79.99, Freight $74.99 Total $154.98 for a 7lbs ham. The shipping amount did not appear until after the order is placed.

I stopped in a day before Thanksgiving to buy a ham.I didn't catch the lady's name but she was so helpful she made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable with prices and lbs on hams. She took her time and never rushed me even though it was very busy.I will definitely be back and recommend all my friends and family to stop in.

Came here with my grandpa a ton for their boxed lunches. Always loved their croissant turkey salad sandwich. it's very nostalgic to go here for me because of all the times my grandpa and me would stop for lunch on a busy day. Service is always quick & the staff is always really nice.
