Tuesday went there ordered burgers they came out mooing at us! Forgot my cheese on my burger! Then had the waiter fix it order omelet that came out tiny bacon hardly done! Very disappointed in the cooks waa to worried about his buddy in the lobby then they were giving waiter hard time over there mistakes! Waiter did excellent wasnt there fault! Left excellent tip for him! I'll never ever eat there again! On the scale 1 to 10 its a minus 0.i ordered a breakfast eggs were not cooked to order.the meat the toast was ice cold we waited 2 hours I asked for my meal to be taken from my check the Mgr refused I pray this reaches the media dirty bandaid in pancake since they placed it in a Togo container. Sick .shout out poison food

I was disappointed when I arrived at the 24 hour restaurant and found all the lights on and no one there with a car in the parking lot sorry you lost my late night business and since I work all night and everything else closes you were my first optionParking: Lots of parking
The silverware looked like it hadn't been washed at all. There's no way that somebody wrapped that silverware up in that napkin and did not see the food stuck all over the fork. Not just stuck on the part you put in your mouth, but stuck on the handle too. It was disgusting. We had to ask for plastic utensils. The waiter was not very knowledgeable about substituting things. When my friend asked about substituting the ham for a different meat, they said that if they take away one meet they have to take away all the meat. Which makes zero sense. We couldn't understand what they were trying to say. Then my friend just asked if he could get an extra sausage or bacon instead of the ham, and then they said he could do. So we're not really sure where the confusion was initially there. But really weird. Then my friend said he did not wish to have any hash browns, and they still brought them. And they said that they can't take away the hash browns. That is from a business standpoint, not really a good business model. You know somebody's not going to eat something, why would you waste it and give it to them anyways? I don't know, but it was definitely a trip!Parking: Definitely lots of available parking in the parking lot.

We should have left after the place smells like a dirty apartment, but I come down from big rapids every year to meet my boys for my birthday. The staff apologized for green slimy stuff in the water and returned with a long black hair on the bottom. The food was good. Will see in a few hours. #won'

Stopped in for a Sunday breakfast. They were setting up a large group so the hostess told our group of 4 to sit down and she’d get a menu to us. 10 minutes later we had to ask for menus to be dropped off. 1 person got coffee in the group of water and when it never came we assumed that they missed it and just busy. Good was brought out and we had to ask for silverware since that was never dropped off. Had to ask a second time for missing food options which the waitress didn’t even realize was missing. After plates were cleared we had to wait almost 20 minutes to get a bill which included the coffee. Then the waitress never came back for the card to pay and had to ask the hostess to come back so we could pay. Wasn’t even worth trying to get the coffee removed and be delayed another 15 minutes. Will not be going to another IHOP after this kind of service.
