The two women working there tonight did a phenomenal job considering how busy it was. They had a ton of orders to fill and there were some impatient customers waiting but the workers remained professional and they were so kind and helpful. Much appreciated!

Stopped in tonight 3-7-24 the sign said open till 9pm and yes it was 8:55 and as i walked in to place my order the guy behind the counter mumbled something and threw his towel down and then proceeded to say are you serious we close in 5 min and made a big deal about it and just then another customer shows up and he says the same thing to them - we both left knowing the service was going to be terrible at that point - if your going to be open till 9pm then be open and take orders - if they want out then close at 8pm and expect some last minute orders - unbelievable terrible to run a business that way!!!

The best Jersey Mike’s in the Grand Rapids area. Food is always top quality but what makes this place special is the employees. Ashley is always over the top kind and everyone around her seems to love her. I have never seen her have a bad interaction with a customer and trust me, I’m there a LOT. This is the place to go!

I absolutely love this location and everyone working here! Ashley is my favorite, she’s the store manager there. I used to be a store manager for quite a few years and let me tell you, this staff adores her. She’s so polite and courteous and always makes sure they don’t put any sauces in my sub cause I absolutely hate it, and other locations literally don’t care and still use it. Food is also always fire and fresh and store is so clean.

Everyone there is always so nice and the manager there Ashley always helps out with our big office orders, and is always so nice. we eat here at least once a week!

Took over 25 mins to get through line on a Sunday afternoon. Most other Jersey Mike's take multiple customers' orders to speed up the process. This location makes customers orders complete before serving the next.

Tried this place for the first time to help with their commendable Feeding America fundraiser. Since I wouldn't be eating for several hours, I requested the vinegar and oil on the side. They ignored my request and I ended up with a soggy sub with too much dressing. Probably won't be going back. If a restaurant is going to offer their customers the opportunity for special requests, they need to honor them.

Went in ordered a sub didn’t get asked what I wanted on it my bread was cold felt frozen in the end I literally spent $30 an threw my sandwich away in front of them worst jersey mikes I’ve ever been

Food is always delicious, never had a bad sub from here. & staff are all very kind! I was there behind a woman who was very belittling & rude to the employee working the counter (I do believe she was the manager), turns out she is autistic. As a mother to a child with a disability, it breaks my heart to see the reviews here that I think refer to the same person, because it's so hard to exist in the world if you are different in any way. Everyone expects super smiley, overly friendly customer service, but some people are just wired differently, or even if they aren't, maybe they are just having a bad day. It takes zero dollars to be kind & give our other humans the benefit of the doubt. Let's not forget that we are all human, some of us have a disability that makes us see the world differently, & we all have bad days (I'd hate to have to be customer-facing on my bad days!). I apologized to the manager on behalf of that customer's behavior toward her, & with just a little bit of compassion, I discovered that she was extremely kind & generous, & thankful for me taking a moment to try to understand instead of judge.Wheelchair accessibility: The store is fully accessible & open enough for wheelchair users, though I have never been in the bathroom to know about that accessibility.

Why bother asking what you want on the sub when they only listen 30% of the time? Constantly an issue here. Also, if you don't tip (pay before you even get your food) then you'll begetting attitude from the children working there.. Please do better.

We drive out of our way (to avoid the 28th street location) to come to the beltline location. The staff is friendly & welcoming. The store is clean & the food is always yummy!Also, please sell the oil/vin in bottles so we can buy!! :D

Worst JM I've ever been too. I've been to dozens all over the country and I can't believe how much these employees hate working there and treat customers like crap. I got yelled at by a worker today for no reason, never go here. I've given them multiple attempts but it's nothing like any other jersey mikes
