Food was excellent. But the service is what made the experience, our server was very attentive and personable which made the entire experience very enjoyable. Really good place to go and eat. The hanger steak was delicious!!

Service was outstanding with a waiter from Italy. The good was really good. We had the mushroom bruschetta, steak , asparagus, salad, mashed potatoes, broccoli and rack of lamb. Presentation was very nice. We had a date night and were glad we didn't have to be rushed and just took our time.

We sat earlier than most of the ppl there yet we got our food last, sitting for nearly an hour. Scallops were pitiful, two, I got TWO scallops and they weren't very big at all.

This was our first time dining at Judson's and had a wonderful experience. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious and our waiter was exceptional! The atmosphere was lovely and topped by beautiful jazz music! It was a great evening out for a birthday celebration!

The food was excellent!! Our waiter was the sweetest guy ever! So friendly and helpful. He knew we had tickets to see the comedy show upstairs so he took great care of us! Will definitely eat here again when in Grand Rapids.
We understand lots of places are understaffed - and we are patient- but my steak was rare when I ordered medium well. We waited quite a While for the server to come by but my husband finally had to bring my plate to the kitchen to find our server and ask for it to be cooked more. Also his steak was tough and lacking flavor. Sides were delicious and manager was quick to come and apologize for my undercooked meal. Gave us a big discount on my meal though we didn't demand that.

Was staying across the street and walked in with no expectations and left with an awesome experience. Sat at the bar where both the bartender and manager were friendly, engaging, and really walked through the menu and beer options. The food was cooked perfectly and was amazing. Went with the hangar steak with red wine sauce and whipped potatoes. Truly as good as I've ever had, including at places where it was double the price. So happy to have found this little gem and I look forward to coming back the next time I'm here in town.

I was in town for a conference and am not a fan of the Ruth Chris' of the world. I found this gem and have to say from start to finish this was the BEST filet mignon I have ever had hands down. Cooked to perfection with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and creamed spinach the meal was to die for. Capped it all off with delicious creme brûlée. Highly recommend this place.

Food was great. I had bruschetta and bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer and pepper crusted filet mignon with asparagus and whipped potatoes and all of it was amazing! Service was slow and it took a while to get apps out and refills but overall was a great experience!

Went here for my wife and I 5th year anniversary, beautiful candle lit dinner, and absolutely delicious cuts of Steak, I think I could have ate my Filet Mignon with a spoon. Service was also awesome, our server Mitch was very knowledgeable and made our first experience awesome. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a delicious dinner or date.

My Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection, our daughter's salmon we excellent, and the appetizers were very very good as well. We were waited on by a delightful young man who recently moved here from Italy. Overall a very good experience!

Seated right away, 30 minutes till our drink order was taken. After drinks arrived another 30 min before order was taken. Wrong dish sent out which had crab on it which my fiance is allergic to. Took them back and sent right steaks out, which I had no fork and there was no one to ask for another one. I ended up eating my steak with a knife and my fingers. Overall very poor experience would not recommend
