The team was so flexible with us from the beginning, as we were planning a wedding outside of the state of Michigan. They met our needs for a tasting and truly gave us such an individualized experience. The team was always efficient with answering our questions.In terms of the food…WOW! Most of the guests raved about the food being the best that they have ever had! We definitely recommend the beef brisket! We had so many guests go up for seconds. The team also came to check on us during dinner which was so nice! They also packed up all the leftover food for us at the end of the night. I truly recommend using Kangaroo Kitchen for any catering needs.
