I usually only do good reviews, I don't come here often but the last few times it's been disappointing consistently. Forgot my sauce 2x, fries once and I came back and did get extra but they were all old. Barely any spicy mayo on the spicy chicken sandwich and bread was dry. Certain employees wouldn't do 2 orders in one car but others would.

KFC has given up and this one on Plainfield is leading the pack on horrible service and bad attitude. The lady in front of me at the drive thru was asking the price of something because the price was not on the menu board and some loudmouth on the speaker kept telling her to look harder, then some guy took over the speaker but you could still hear old loudmouth in the background yelling "what an idiot ". Instead of just simply answering her question. I placed a simple order, which by the way didn't have a price on it either, and while I was waiting for the lady in front of me to PU her order I could still hear old loudmouth up there barking at the lady. I PU my order, get back to work and it was wrong. I ended paying $5.30 for one chicken wrap and it wasn't one of the two I ordered. This place is a cluster blank.

At 7:45 on a Friday night I go to the drive-up window to order an 8 piece bucket. They tell me they don't have enough chicken for a bucket. Isn't that what they do?? Chicken?? No offer of alternatives, no "we're cooking more now"...nothing!! They don't close until 9:00. What are they going yo so, turn away all customers for an hour? Tired of their losy service!!

Goes through the drive through orders an 8 piece meal, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes. They READ it back to you. And you leave with mother f-Ing cole slaw at the bottom of your bag? Like f me for not checking but when they read the order back to you ???? Mac and cheese,, cole slaw,,, no does not sound similar look similar different temperatures. The lack of attention to detail hurts my insides really.

we saw the crappy reviews and decided why not. the girl at the speaker was so enthusiastic and sweet, she even gave us a dog treat for our puppy. 5 stars.

I went through the drive-thru at 4:13 today and found the most Pleasant helpful cashier with KFC I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with I don't ask for much but she got my order exactly the way I wanted it verified it and did it with Pleasant greeting and the pleasant goodbye. Thank you

If you go inside they keep telling you just a minute but never help you. The orders they have been giving out are wrong so they are trying to fix those in the meantime also.
This location has really high quality chicken. And the staff is quite friendly and courteous. The gentleman at the front counter taking my order was professional and welcoming. Highly recommended

Went through drive through and what a mistake that was. I had gott there 12 pc family deal I asked for cornbread instead of biscuits well that didn't happen yes they gave us biscuits not only was that wrong they also gave me Mac and cheese instead of corn. I also had to wait 3-5 minutes for the chicken to get done. What a waste of time this was but this is the second time th has happened to me. if I were you I would go to Popeyes at least you won't be disappointed on your serv or foo.
