M & M bakery is a joke purchased a cake for my daughter’s birthday. When we picked cake up looked great got home put it in the fridge. When we took it out the fridge it had fell apart. Due to it being the holiday weekend wasn’t able to bring cake back till 1/2 owner was not in. Owner called back to tell me it was something we did and he’s not going to refund. Poor customer service and will never use them again

This establishment was bigger on the inside. They have cups of tres leches cake and these adorable numbered cake pops, I bought a cake that was cake boss worthy!! The inside was so cute and the service was amazing. I've never been so happy !! I can't wait to come

Very disappointed in the cake and cupcakes I received for my daughters graduation. I gave pictures a month ago when they asked what I wanted it to look like. Cake looked like nothing I showed them. The name of her school wasn’t on it and that was the only reason for the colors I asked. Only a cheap plastic topper that cost 25 cents. I just couldn’t believe the price for what they gave. Never again will I go there.
The cake came out creat the flavor was strawberry and lemon!!! With strawberry filling. DELICIOUS!!!!THANK YOU GUYS FOR MY BIRTHDAY CAKE!!

The customer service hasn’t been the same in years! So many people I have referred here have had such terrible experiences as well making my recommendation so embarrassing. Cake quality for my cousin’s Quinceanera was very disappointing the cake didn’t taste fresh at all.

I’ve Never Escalated An Issue Here They Just Don’t Like Taking Accountability For Their Wrongdoings! Never Needed This Business! I’ll Never Do Business Here Again. They Treat Everyone Horrible. They’re Upset Bc I Advised A Dissatisfied Customer To Voice Their Dissatisfaction! That’s It! And Bc I Did That They Feel I’m Wrong! They Ruined This Poor Lady’s Baby’s Shower & She Was In Tears! she paid for the cake and i advised the least you can do is let them know that you’re unsatisfied! This company is the WORST!
