I went thru the drive thru and literally pulled up to the second window and waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to the window. All I ordered was a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal that I had ordered thru the app. Idk why I had to wait so long. And the workers saw me at the window and just kept goofing off. Very poor customer service if you ask me.

Breakfast is always hot and ready but every time I grab lunch or a quick dinner from them, no matter the time of day or night, the burger patties are always like hockey pucks. Shriveled, burnt dried up patties that are absolutely disgusting… even on a freshly made burger ? Please do something about your beef patties… they are atrocious! I seriously doubt any of the employees would eat the burgers themselves
