Dropped in for breakfast on a week day. There was plenty of available seating and the atmosphere was bright and well lit. I tied the Country-fried Steak and eggs. It was awesome. Pricing was reasonable and the wait staff was professional and attentive. There was adequate free parking on site. I highly recommend this ace for a great breakfast.

Sue was an absolute delight! Request Sue when you visit. She's attentive and caring. Your cup of coffee will not be empty until you ask her to stop! She is friendly and warm. She walked over to our table and smiled ? Bonus!! We will be back to visit Sue again. The breakfast was delicious. I had the Greek omelette. Great choice if you love feta cheese. They don't have a lot of gluten free options but it works. I could pick and choose what I could eat comfortably. The restrooms could use more care and cleaning, but I loved the retro 70's era tile matched with the red brick floors.

I had an experience one morning. I sat down ordered my food like I always do been going to this location for years and I ordered the country fried steak with hash browns and Fry hard eggs and when I get to a certain part of my hash browns I started to chase nicotine for cigarette taste like and just didn't understand why but now I think about it cuz I had to stop eating that cuz that was just horrible and I told the waitress about it and she talking about maybe it was the tea I was drinking but no that wasn't it I think the cook for some reason either spit in my food or dripped in my food because when I look back there he was eating and cooking at the same time . Like I said I've been going there for years and now it's like keep thinking about that incident and don't want to go back to that restaurant or any other restaurant. But other than that never had a problem.

We love this NB location. Waitress Jennifer and her fellow workers, including bussing staff and cooks are fantastic.Parking: Plenty of parking and handicapped parking with two entry points. Power doors would be a plus.Wheelchair accessibility: Power doors would be a plus. Otherwise, you can get in and out without too much trouble.

I dont mind spending money but 6.75 for a side bacon that was only two and half pieces won't be going back at that price

Friendly staff, but downhill after that! All in the same visit with my family: 1) floating debris in my water 2) Silverware had old crusted food on it (mine and my kids) 3) Coffee burnt, undrinkable 4) my 10yr old wouldn't eat the waffle. Appears they use pancake batter to make Belgium waffles, meaning while it looks like a waffle it tastes like bland bread 5) Omelette had square American cheese slices melted on the top 6) Kids wanted skittles from machine on the way out, but one look showed they were discolored and had likely not be changed for a looooong time, gross. 7) 2 of 4 family members had serious digestive issues that evening Had high hopes...was looking for a Sunday morning spot. But it appears to many corners being cut here, from sanitary to food prep.

We, Denise and Mike, love their food. Service is top notch and the family atmosphere is grand. Others of my, Mike's) friends frequent these restaurants. We enjoy the Michigan Avenue and Broadmoor locations. We make a point of visiting these on a monthly basis.
