We love the holland location, but the Grand Rapids one falls seriously short. Service was terrible, probably won’t be back. Server was absent for 20 minutes. Food was just okay. Awkward process to pay.

We hosted a private event at new holland and to start things off the event coordinators are terrible at communication until it is the week of your event. We tried calling, emailing, even stopping by. Luckily, the event was nice and the food was really good. I would not recommend new holland for events if you are planning any sort of party for guests for a wedding. As the stress of a wedding is enough, terrible communication doesn’t make things better.

Qualify food, menu is less than impressive at times (typical bar food, recommend the pinwheels & dragon fire chicken sandwich-it’s not hot I promise). Service can be very underwhelming at times hence the reason it’s a 4 not 5 star.

I tried out this bacon, white sauce, jalapeño and mozzarella pizza, the dough was so good, the toppings were good but I wish I ordered the carnivore one ? For drink I got the tangerine that i like a lot.

Good, very good. Nothing really stands out to me though. Fun atmosphere, and the building can handle large crowds (which is a must, for downtown). The food is good, but not deserving of a five star. Downtown Grand Rapids has to many competitors, to give this place a five star rating on food. The service was good too. I would go back though.

Great selection of good beer. Food was good too - lots of choices, particularly like the smoked Meats. Chicken wings are nummy and reasonably priced and the habenero sauce is very delicious. Plenty of paid parking lots around.

Service a bit slow. Beer ok, but nothing wow. Same with the food, very average.
Just went for drinks. Both seasonal drinks were great. Service was great too.
Nashville spicy chicken sandwich probably the best on the menu and better than Hopcat. Love Stein night on Wednesday's.
Great beers, food, and atmosphere! What more can I say? Definitely one of my favorite breweries!
