1st off ..Went to this location for the 1st time... I called the food in and went to p/u abt 20 mins later when I got there its like I didnt call it in and they were just now making it... guys were unfriendly, when I finally received my food I get gome and the potatoes were already mixed into gravy... i only seen 1 small clump otherwise it was pretty much gravy soup.... I will just drive across town and go to my boy Sunny.... I am a long time customer and this is my 1st disappointment... this location needs help, training and some people skills.... highly would not recommend.... my wings had no seasoning... we ended up just throwing away our meakls.... they did good on the ROLLS though

i ordered a five piece chicken meal. i was to get 5 pieces of chicken french fries and 2 rolls, i never got the rolls and the chicken did not taste very good, some was even burned.i heard good thinks about this place, i will never go here again.

So I had my food delivered from door dashbut New York fried chicken has their own drivers so I paid five dollars n their driver demanded more money when he delivered my food n I told him no. So he decided to throw my trash can around and also throw my food on the ground. And I called New York fried chicken to report the driver and he said it wasn’t their problem knowing DoorDash said here’s the number because they have their own drivers. Good thing DoorDash made it right. I don’t think I will support this location again

They keep hanging up phones while I’m trying to know where was my order since 1 hour and 30 minutes and said that they just got it it was really unprofessional

Food: OK chicken. Dont get the sides. Slaw was warm and smelled funny. The mashed potatoes were slimy. Been looking for a good fried chicken place in Grand Rapids for 5 years, since I spent a year in Memphis going to Gus's once a week. I will keep looking.Service: Only 1 person working, I was the fourth person that came a little late thinking about it being the lunch rush.Atmosphere: Its a gas station. (Should have been my first clue.)

Service was ok. The food was horrible. I paid a little over $30. Chicken fish fries & pops. 1st they only have Pepsi ??. The fish was a pre-breaded processed filet and the chicken was so over cooked it was EXTREMELY HARD!! I gave this place a chance. Haven't been to New York Fried Chicken in years due to hair in my food...TWICE at the division location. First and last time coming here!!
