I made an order for take out, and told me the food would be ready by 7:04 August/10/2022. When I arrived the store had not even tried to make my order, and had no idea when it would be ready... since i already paid online i waited.. and there was a huge line of other people waiting as well... im writing this review while still waiting and its now 7:30.. very unsatisfying experience to say the least.. as you can see they were not busy and were fully staffed by the photos im taking..

Had a great dinner last night. All the food was fresh and hot. Our server (Holly) was very attentive and took good care of us. The manager (Holly also!) Checked on us. We will be back to enjoy some snacker soon!

The pita bread is always worth the stop. Good location near an entrance to the mall, but not the food court side. Friendly staff too.

The dining area was dirty with a sticky floor and filthy ceiling. The table we were directed to sit at had food remains from previous customers. There was also sauce or something all over the wall. The food was okay but not worth coming back for.

Everything was off. No snacker cheese, the snackers we did receive were like pita chips. Zucchini fries were floppy and the soup tasted off. Only 1 server for the whole restaurant, service wasn’t good but am not going to hold that against her as she had 5 or 6 other tables. Stay away.

I took my parents here for lunch today. Our server Bruce was amazing. Our food was delicious of course. The Original Olga and the Zucchini fries are amazing.

Wow. Our service here was excellent, the server even let my wife know when she dropped money on the floor. The server was very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu and had no issue with and following special instructions. The only issue was a menu item that was discontinued and the menus hadn't been updated, but that is from corporate and our sever let us know it was discontinued as soon as it was brought up. Excellent visit overall.

Loved going here on Dates 38 years ago, loved it the other day as well. The salad with extra red onions was outta this world, and the Extra meat Olga, was exactly how I remembered it was 38 years ago."Black Olives Matter" in their salads!!!

I had ordered a steak and cheese. I had no cheese! How can something that’s in the title of the item your making be forgotten? When told they brought it back and put a single slice of cheese on the already made sandwich INSTEAD of remaking it. What kind of lazy sloppy slap in the face service is that? When I asked for the manager it took almost 5 minutes when only 3 other tables had people. His response was less than Favorable. I truly hope Olga’s closes forever.

I love Olga's but not this location.... I went there one day and placed a to-go order and waited 35 minutes for it when she said it would only be 10 minutes. I had ordered just a basket of snackers and a three cheese Olga so nothing complicated. When my food was finally handed to me I didn't have time to check to make sure if it was correct because I had somewhere to be so I just left. I got in my car and drove 15 minutes away to my location to open the bag to only a thing of fries... No Olga or snacker just a cup of fries. I immediately called them to figure out what happened with my order given I didn't have order fries but that's all I got and the lady on the phone told me they would be closing in 10 minutes (mind you it was 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday) and she took my number down and said that's all she could do... Fast forward to almost a week later the manager, Joe called me and left a voicemail asking me to call him back so he could send me some coupons over email because of my "order issues". I tried calling him back as soon as I saw the missed call and left a voicemail with my email like he asked and never heard anything or got anything from him after that.... Don't get me wrong the Frandor location in East Lansing is great and I never have a problem when I go there but this location 2 of the 3 times have messed my orders up. I ended up calling the customer service number a week later and they were great and gave me a $10 coupon to make up for me wasting my money on fries I didn't even order and he was extremely apologetic and explained to me that's not how they train their managers and that should have never happened. So if you have a problem the customer service number is better to call then the store because the manager clearly doesn't care.

Usually have great service and food, but this time the food was cold , took forever to get, our appetizer never came out, we had to ask where it was. Waitress never checked on us after our food finally came out, didn't refresh our beverages, very disappointing visit this time around.
