I have always loved Panera Bread unfortunately they have lost their good food. I had pick 2 bowl of soup very small only warm, half of a tiny sandwich. This meal cost $17.23 . Really. The restaurant at 4 in the afternoon was dirty and no one was cleaning it up and getting ready for dinner. We had to wipe our table off (they gave us a cloth). Sorry but I would think twice before going back.

Cannot even begin to explain how disappointed I am in this store and its employees today was. I ordered for delivery and after 2 hours and three calls later. I called to ask for a refund and they said it was DoorDashs fault. I have not received a refund for my $80+ dollar order and did not receive the food. Then got yelled at that it was door dash and they were under staffed. Very Rude employees and the third I spoke with was the manager. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for lunch!
