Went to GR for a college graduation and we didn't know the area at all, ended up walking to Ruth Chris for dinner... They were packed with reservations... But they offered us to sit in the bar area in big soft red chairs with access to a full menu!! We had a GREAT waiter, who made sure we were taken care of... My husband and I split a fillet... Mashed potatoes and asparagus... The steak was probably one of the greatest I've had in my life... I think we could have eaten it with a spoon it was so tender!! I can no longer drink due to an illness... And I loved margaritas... Soooo I asked if I could get a virgin margarita... He said ABSOLUTELY!! I was so excited... Because everywhere else... Turns me down and says no!!! It was so delicious... We left there so happy!! Tipped out our server a bit more- but he really worked to please us!!! I wish I could personally think hi but we never caught his name!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great service and ambiance, but sadly, the food did not live up to the hype. Based on the restaurant's reputation (and prices), I had high expectations, but honestly, I enjoy steaks I make at home much better.

One of my favorite places to eat in the entire world! Hands down the best cooked and seasoned dish of beef. Never have I had a bad meal or had to send something back! The service was perfect as always. Can't till I mmm?
Ordered for a Friday deliver on Thursday, they texted me end of Friday saying hey didn’t have that flower but they were getting them sat so asked if they can deliver sat. I said yes and still no delivery… they cancelled the order bc they didn’t get that flower in sat. No phone call no email nothing, why couldn’t they call and ask if we could subsititute? Horrible customer service and communications. Don’t use them

Weeks later but I can’t get this out my mine I dinned in on the 3-16-24 on Saturday with friends and I saw a lady she probably was a manager of some sort and she was pin pointing this black man at his table saying he was loud and kicked him out we was sitting right across from there table and we didn’t here him at all being loud and this is sad as the man said on the way out this woman is racist and for us to witness this I kind of agree . There group was enjoying dinner but she had it out for this guy smh

Was seated more than 15 minutes late. If I had been more than 15 minutes late, I would have forfeited the $20/person I had to deposit to make the reservation. Food was good but we felt very rushed at the end of the meal - I had to negotiate with my server to eat one more bite of my meal before the service team swept in to package our leftovers and clear our table. Was not offered coffee or desert, had to ask for desert to go. For what we paid for the meal, I would have expected more.
The food was outstanding, the cocktails were made perfectly, the staff is unforgettable. Ask for Danny and Grace as your waiter and assistant. They know every inch of that menu and give wonderful guidance. Thank you for making a special evening for my wife and I.

To start of, our server was amazing and had the BEST service. Things start to go south with the food. There wasn’t anything “wrong” but the food was extremely basic for what they charge for it. Our mashed potatoes were sweet for some reason and each bite was a constant war against flavor. They were all conflicting. It was our first time and we will not be back. We can make better steaks at home.
