Was told they were cleaning the line so to wait in the parking lot. Watched them all shoot napkins in the trash when they were suppose to be cleaning the line. Super annoying. Waited over 40 min for our food. Super upset

4 to 10 wouldn't suggest using delivery using any of the Uber, doordash or such, I've been having problems missing items, I would recommend if you are buying from this location to either do the Taco Bell app where you're picking get up or going through the drive-thru to pick it up because of the missing items issue.Hope you guys have a better day or night. Sorry again, I don't know if you guys are super busy or whatever the issue is,

I had a horrible time, we had went in the drive thru to pick our order up and it was taking too long for them to take orders. We had decided to go ahead and go in and we were met with the employees and the rudest attitudes we explained that we were waiting an hour. Which they had replied with nothing no update at all, they did not care and were making snarky comments amongst themselves. So we cancelled our order. I do not EVER make reviews but I felt the need to share this it was unacceptable. I will not be returning.

!!! DO NOT EAT HERE, RISK OF FOOD POISIONING !!!!! The lack of food safety at this partcular tacobell is very concerning yet tacobell upper management doesn't seem to care. How can you allow an establishment to break food safely handling yet not care, is it because tacobell is a giant corporation? Are big corporations immune or do they just pay the pennies required to keep out of trouble? Do the right thing and fix the issues with this tacobell, don't risk the publics health.*** This review is protected under the fair review act due to it being an actual experience with this particular establishment***

I don't write a lot of reviews but I had a particularly negative experience as a door dasher at this taco bell. I walk up to the check in window to get my order and the worker there with a bunch of face tattoos yells at me "the lobby's open stupid!". Goes on to rant about how stupid he thinks I am simply because I did what I do there everytime to pick up my delivery. Not cool. Don't work in a customer service position if you're not gonna treat others with respect. I am simply trying to get my job done without being hassled by disrespectful people. Thank you to the other worker who gave me my order.

Messing with someone’s food is like messing with someone’s money in this economy. The Chips/Cheese were missing, no potatoes in the Spicy Potato Soft-shell taco(?).I’ve never been so turned off by food before.Dietary restrictions: They won’t adhere to special alterations, even if you pay extra for it. Not sure why the owner of the location would pay the employees when they don’t even put in 30% effort.I hope the employees at this location knew: If you don’t like your job? Leave, no one is forcing you to stay. Don’t sacrifice the food people bought with the money they worked for.

they got my order completely wrong then replaced my meat for my husband’s steak bowl my husband is allergic to chicken and when we called the store to tell them we asked do you guys jus replace the meat when your out of it they said yes and we explained that it can cause serious health issues and why didn’t they call us they were rude to us when weren’t hung up the phone mid conversation so i’m writing a review about how my service was . This is business must not be cooperate own because this is not cooperate quality !!
